I’ve been using this pc for a variety of reasons since purchase and so far it’s been more than up to the task. This is the first time I’ve purchased a refurbished pc and certainly had my reservations. I purchased the warranty with it and decided to roll the dice. The computer arrived well packaged and wrapped in plastic wrap inside the box along with foam packing to stabilize it. As I unpacked I carefully inspected the computer looking for any signs of wear, damage or even dust around the fan. Everything was clean as a whistle. As I continued to unpack I opened the mouse box and it was completely broken. The casing was cracked and as I removed it from the box the mouse fell apart. Not sure if this was an in transit type of damage but my initial feeling is that it was not damaged during transit. No biggie. I’ve got an extra one lying around. One thing I would like to mention is that this unit does not utilize HDMI. It needs a monitor port to HDMI. While inexpensive it does not come with the unit. These are not as readily available as you may think so if you purchase this unit order a cable too. I docked the product one star because of the mouse being broken. Performance wise I would give the PC 5 stars.

Good work horse, little disappointed that it came as a slim line or smaller housing instead of the regular size, other than that it works good.

Excellent service, great price. CPU in excellent condition with everything that was listed. Hooked it up and turned it on and has worked great since. Used Curbside Pick-up which was so easy!

Took less time to get it delivered to the store, which was great since mine was not working. The computer has worked great. Only wish my video card would have fit from the old. Dell

We knew buying this PC that it wasn't a top of the line model, but for the price the performance is great. We would recommend this for anyone needing a budget PC.

This computer has been running smoothly and we have had no problems since we bought it. My son who is in junior high school uses it to play online games.

I thought I was buying a upright unit from the picture, when it arrived it was a lay down desk top type.

Works for what I need it to, but original OS was still installed (and possibly corrupted) and Windows 10 was just installed on top of it. If you need a computer that works slightly better than a laptop, it’s okay. I wasn’t looking for top of the line.

Purchased this for my son video games. It works great. The fan is a bit noisy but I have taken over this desktop for work and it does great.

Now I don't mind checking my E-mail. I am not a get on the computer every day type person. I like the speed of use and how my e-mails were easy to get to.

This Windows 10 computer with 16 GB of RAM is a huge upgrade from my old Windows 7 machine with 4 GB of RAM. Works great! I've had it for 3 weeks now.

I buy this item because I will be working from home however, it starts to gives me headaches every time I turn it on. I thought I was just stress out then I realized that's its the computer. I did get to complete set up with my monitor because it did not have any hdmi cables. I think the radiation from. The computer is high and the company neex to check that before selling it. But how I know its the radiation, I don't but something from the computer causes headaches and make me sick. Well I have gotten a different computer it also HP from best buy. This other computer have 8 gb, 256 ssd, and is a i3, it is great for what I need it for and it brand new. So, I'm happy I return the Compaq desktop i5, 16 gb, 500 hard drive.

I received this item and once I plugged it to my monitor, I don’t get any image, as it doesn’t run any program. With the Covid-19 issue, I can’t go to a store and have a Geek Squad member assist me with getting it up and running. Should’ve bought my computer elsewhere...

This was not what we wanted the keyboard was broken - it did not have WiFi so it was returned
