Got tired of my many years old printer paper jamming so finally got a new one. I don't frequently need to use a printer but it is good to have. I selected the HP DeskJet 4355 mainly for the sale price. This model has the auto doc feeder which I missed with my previous printer. It was easy to set up and start using. YAY! No paper jam! I decided not to go with the Instant Ink option. It doesn't seem valuable for my usage. I am sticking with old school order ink when you need it. I have had this printer for over a month now and so far it has been good.

This printer is perfect for my scanning needs. My laser hp printer that I had for 3 years died on me!!

This is an inexpensive ink-jet printer, and I am finding it works fine for routine color and B/W printing. However, I was frustrated with the setup process, partly with HP, partly with Microsoft, partly with the nature of remote printing generally. The instructions lead you to an request to download the HP app to continue with setup. However, since I had a previous HP printer, which no longer worked, when I tried to create a new account, I was informed that I already had an account and was directed to the cancelled account for my old printer. Reactivating the old account led to password and access issues, which I am not sure ever got resolved. I was also frustrated that the instructions didn't show you where to load the paper. The obvious port was obscured by a hinged cover and a sliding guide that arrived in the wrong place and blocked the paper. After I finally figured that out it worked fine for a while, then one morning I started getting "Driver not available" error messages. When I tried to update my printer driver, I consistently got the message "Driver up to date". I was convinced my only option was to return the printer, but I tried one final suggested procedure - updating my Windows operating system, which I thought was up to date. That solved my driver problem, and the printer has behaved well ever since. There are occasional access issues when my router or internet provider aren't working, but that's a continuing risk with remote access printers.

I like the fact it takes 2 cartridges instead of four. And it is working fine

Excellent for homework, perfect size and easy to use

Works good. Had issues trying to get free ink for 3 months though. Trying to work that out. Other than that printer works as it should. Also got the warranty which gives peace of mind.

I'm not tech savvy but this little printer was easy for even me to set up. One thing though, it kept saying driver not available and I didn't know what to do. I went to the HP Smart app and used troubleshoot and it fixed it.

Sadly had to replace my 12 year old printer (Goodbye old friend) and love buying at Best Buy. I checked out what they carried on line, found the HP 4355 with a 3 month free ink deal, so stopped in the store while running chores. I was waited on right away, the clerk helped me unload the old printer, an equally old desktop tower and monitor, then brought the new printer to the counter where I waited. I paid to have the monitor recycled (which was all returned basically in a gift certificate, the other 2 items were no cost). He found an additional $20 off the model, checked me out and put it in my trunk! 15 minutes max since I knew what I wanted. I'm 76, had it out of box, set up and working on my wi-fi that day. Prints sharply, easy to load the ink cartridge and paper, fits on the top of the 2 drawer file easily. Only complaint is the machine is a little bit noisier than my old one, but then again, I don't hear as well either so it's a wash. Great little printer! Great value!

Not extremely fast but ok for what it's beingb used for. It was for my Mom and had to work with a Telikin 18.6 computer. did work, just not woreless.

Good printer for the price. Connected to my WiFi with no problem

The setup with the HP app was quick and easy, and I didn't have any trouble connecting it to my other devices.

It was not expensive, easy to hook up tp my network and works great, doing what supposed to do.

Liked all the features and how it prints I use it for personal use only

It is a prefect decision i made with a printer. Easy to use and print perfectly.
