Be aware of products sold on the marketplace by a company that is fake or that is selling old products with newer chips. I purchased this very laptop, and it has been extremely difficult to get the defects resolved. The hard drive was destroyed by a Microsoft update. HP and Best Buy went back and forth over who was responsible. IST never responded after calling. Quite frankly, I never knew this was a marketplace order (?)(!). I ended up having to pay Geek Squad $ to fix it after traveling 30 minutes to the location. Three main issues: 1) Discrepancy between Best Buy and IST return policy. Best Buy says it is IST policy, while IST says it is Best Buy lol. 2) You have to pay to get defects resolved, even if they are covered under warranty, even 6 weeks after purchase. 3) False information. Microsoft lists this exact PC (with the correct serial number) as a 2009 model. Let's be honest, who in their right mind would send the laptop back with data on it to a company that you can't trust (IST)? What a debacle. I hope this review helps folks not fall into this trap.
