Don't Buy third-party from Best Buy!

Beware when purchasing refurbished computers through Best Buy's third-party marketplace. I bought a refurbished computer that worked for only two weeks before completely failing and refusing to turn on. The computer was not damaged or mishandled in any way. Best Buy would not help because the purchase was outside their two-week return period, despite the product failing almost immediately after purchase. I also contacted CNB Computers, the third-party seller, about a replacement, but my email has not been returned. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I would be cautious about buying refurbished products from third-party sellers through Best Buy.
