Dont purchase a refurbished laptop
Bought a refurbished laptop and it would not work. Tried contacting the marketplace company I purchased it from and their phone num er was disconnected and they had an invalid email. I tried to get a return label and best buys site said it was the wrong order number. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to the nearest best buy store and return the laptop and get a refund.
