WiFi not integrated and failed to function

The Wi-Fi antenna is not integrated into the motherboard and the customer is provided with an external WiFi adapter that utilizes one of the available USB ports. Then WiFi adapter would not connect to my network. When I called customer support, they mailed me another adapter which also failed to connect. I just returned everything to Best Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
