Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using the HP Envy 2-in-1 14” for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The Full HD touch screen is bright and responsive, making it great for both work and entertainment. The Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM handle multitasking smoothly, and the 512GB SSD ensures fast boot-ups and ample storage. I love the 2-in-1 convertible design, which allows me to switch between laptop and tablet mode effortlessly. The build quality feels premium, and the Natural Silver finish gives it a sleek look. Battery life is decent for daily use, and the keyboard is comfortable for typing. The only minor downside is that it can get a bit warm under heavy usage, but overall, it’s a fantastic choice for students, professionals, and anyone looking for a stylish and powerful convertible laptop. Highly recommended!

This 14" ENVY 2-in-1 x360 laptop is a solid product with competent mid-grade hardware to take care of the vast majority of tasks, and then some. Even as a "computer guy" who was worried about only have 8GB of RAM, the laptop has exceeded my multi-tasking needs so far (1 month of use). The construction features aluminum where it counts: The back of lid and the keyboard baseplate. The bottom is a thick but durable plastic with long rubber feet that doesn't feel cheap at all, but clearly isn't metal. The hinges very adequate, able to adjust nearly infinitely (hince x360 in the model name) with confidence, including allowing this convertible to hold itself in a tent mode without losing position under moderate vibrations. The speakers are more than adequate and give decent sound for a laptop, but this isn't for audiophiles. The keyboard has great balance of stroke, feedback, and texture without much noise, which was a key requirement for me and can be a hard combination to find in today's market. You feel confident when you type, and the grey keys with white backlit lettering offer class-leading contrast (only 2nd to black keys with white lettering), so this is an awesome choice for those with less-than-ideal vision or who love feedback when they type. I've taken it to coffee shops and never felt even a hint of it being "noisy". The glossy touch screen has 250nits of brightness and is just good enough for vast majority of situations, but I haven't attempted direct sunlight outdoors, where I imagine it'll fall short in performance against 300-400nit panels. The touch screen is compatible active stylus pens. I personally use the Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus (Also purchased from Best Buy) out of the box with zero configuration or software... it just worked! I've heard the fan kick on maybe 1 or 2 times, and it is very reasonable and doesn't stay on for long. The fingerprint reader is well-placed and has been reliable. The only downsides to this laptop are germane to what HP has chosen to prioritize for the price point of this ENVY product. They are not design flaws. They prioritized a good construction quality feel including keyboard and hinge durability, along with a respectable i5 processor for usable battery life. All while being a mostly aluminum product. As a result, the memory is soldered to the board and therefore not removable or upgradable, the laptop cannot be charged via USB-C, and it has a reasonable confidence-inspiring weight but is not super "light". Lastly, this is a brand new 2023 model so internet details on it were scarce. In the box are a few small pieces of statutory disclosures and startup instructions, but no full-blown manual. It doesn't need a manual, it's very self-explanatory. However, you can easily pull up those document when you goto the HP support website and input your serial number. Overall this is a solid choice for the price point if the build quality is what you're looking. Just take good care of it with a quality sleeve case when traveling and I expect a decent life out of this hardware for the price. I give it a positive recommendation.

Portable, lightweight, and versatile. I work in a biz that i am constantly sharing my screen at the kitchen table with clients and is offers ease of sharing as well as its use of touchscreen for gathering signatures of contracts. Great speed using hotspot and sleak in design for briefcase.

The HP Envy 2-in-1 laptop boasts a sleek design, vibrant touchscreen, and strong performance with Intel Core processors. Its 360-degree hinge offers versatile use, and it features long battery life, excellent audio, and ample connectivity. Though pricier and with limited gaming capability, it's ideal for professionals and students seeking a premium, flexible device.

I think this laptop one of the best devices for Office use. Its screen so good and battery life also very good, it is very comfortable because of its size you can bring with you to everywhere. In addition to these you can use it as a tablet. it has a big memory card and excellent Intel Core. From my experience, I can say that I strongly recommend to buy this device.

I was looking for a replacement laptop since my HP stopped working. This laptop has everything I need for everyday use. It has a touchscreen, fingerprint security sign in, 8 gigs of ram and 512 SSD memory. It's light, has a long battery life and can flip into a notebook! I use this with a desktop monitor to give me 2 screens. Back lit keyboard great for start up in the dark! It was on sale so got a great deal! I would recommend this!

HP envy laptop is very good. Touch screen sensitivity is too notch. Initial heating was observed and settings change helped it. Back up is very good upto three hours easily. Sound quality could be better. Voice is a bit low but not bad. The wonderful aspect of this laptop is the screen quality and the speed. I haven't loaded them fully but i feel it can withstand. Delivery was spot on and was packed week by best buy team. Keypad is very soft and even the power button is a normal key which is a good idea. The scroll pad is a bit two paced. At times it confuses between right and left click when clicking from center.

It is perfect ...working smooth and good processor I love yhe touch screen , yhe size and wieght is optimum

Been a solid laptop so far, wish it came with a pen in the box though since I had to get a Wacom bamboo stylus separately for note taking. Everyday use is great but will get warm on your lap if you’re doing some heavy multitasking. Battery lasts a day usually but might run out on heavy running.

Overall a good computer. It easily handles the task, is lightweight and functional touchscreen and at a decent price.

Its snappy and smooth performance, impressive touchscreen quality, and sleek, portable design make it an exceptional choice for my daily needs. In addition, the shopping experience at Best Buy was flawless, with friendly and efficient customer service. I recommend this laptop without reservation to anyone looking to combine power, functionality, and style in a single device. Recommended 100%.

The appearance design is beautiful and the response speed is very fast compared to the real thing! You can order according to your own needs, and the discount is just right for my son, who is learning programming at the age of 10. This machine has enough weight, size and memory capacity!

It's user-friendly and lightweight, which is perfect for someone like me who's always on the go. Whether I'm typing up assignments for school or binge-watching my favorite shows, this laptop never disappoints. It's like carrying around a portable powerhouse! Plus, the sleek design adds a touch of style to my workspace. I can't believe how much I can get done with such ease and convenience. Love the apps and how easy it is to navigate

One of the best PC for the price i have bought in a long time, very slick, powerful and overall great performance, I've been using it for over a month mainly for school, and it has been excellent, really like the battery life also, and the screen resolution and audio are great.

Genuinely such a good product! I cannot go to school without my laptop because I always need to have it with me, that's just how great it is. It last a very long time without charging, I love the way it folds and the touch screen, and overall I believe it was worth every penny! I wish they had cute colors like pink or blue but silver still looks really good.

Best Christmas present to myself ever! I wanted to have a laptop for the longest time. I liked it so much because it's lightweight, just the perfect size, user-friendly and cheap (the time i bought it). So many payment options! Was delivered in my house in an instant!
