My daughter picked out this computer and has been impressed by its performance. The ENVY provides the all of the best features, with advanced styling and high reliability thus far. We had already decided to purchase this computer after much consideration, but an amazing sale price made it even better.

I have had this laptop since October of 2019 and as of now, there are no issues! This laptop not only is really fast with the Ryzen processor, but it can also handle heavy games too. For 800 dollars, this laptop is amazing considering I had a budget for buying a laptop. It is perfect for business users and also can handle a little gaming as well. Even the look of the laptop is amazing so sleek and I love the black metal exterior it makes it look professional. Overall, one of the best laptops I have ever had for this price!

The staff s alwsys why I return to Best Buy Crystal lake. Great picture its huge and easy to read . I use a split screen and its just fine . I Love the feel of this excellent laptop touch screen is quick ana calibrated. The sound is amazing not loud but a non-tin sound. The keyboard is pristine ! It's a back lighted set of keys you just wanna touch and the number pad is amazing. Holds charge very long and I love the finger biometric password bypass. Its lightning fast with a million tabs open . The freeze feature for zoom calls is great for grabing coffee or taking a drink. The only complaint I have is the camera is dirty looking fuzzy and tinted its a bummer.

I needed a laptop for when I am at station. I chose this one because I like that touch screen and a good bang for the buck. Its fast from what little I have used it for. The screen quality is good enough to stream and it holds battery life fairly well. 4 stars because a few time I put it in tablet mode the screen did not turn and I would have to restart the computer every time. I think that is fixed now after a few driver updates. All and all a good laptop for the price.

I previously had a HP laptop that was crap. The mouse would jump across the screen randomly or lock, it wouldn’t turn on and took forever to load when it did turn on, it would freeze and it lagged when playing games on it. So, I hesitated buying this brand again but it was on sale and had features I wanted like touchscreen, right amount of RAM, graphics card, etc. I love this machine. It loads almost instantly, the graphics are on point, especially when playing The Sims 4 and other games, the sound quality is great with the Bang and Olufsen sound system, the tablet mode is awesome and easy to use for school and it has a fingerprint scanner for added security. The most important feature for me is the larger keys on the keyboard for ease of use with my fat fingers and long nails, plus the keyboard is backlit for use in dim light. So far, HP didn’t disappoint with this laptop and I would definitely recommend it.

This laptop isn't a high end machine by any means; but for a general user or a standard office worker this will more than get the job done. Plus for it's price point it's quite a bit of tech for the money. So if you are looking for a good general purpose laptop at a great price I definitely recommend you pick this one up. Just don't expect high end performance like serious gaming or upgradability, this is always going to be what you purchased; which is still a pretty good machine.

This computer is very nice sleek design and I love that it's a touch screen but also I can use bamboo ink pen on it to do my art which is awesome . My daughter uses it for her classes . The only problem I've seen is occasionally when my daughter has to do live chats with the teacher the computer speakers all the sudden start beeping loud and doesn't stop until you shut the computer down and its awful a very annoying sound. Its happend a couple times which is very strange for a new computer but other than that it seems okay. This has only been a month so time will tell.

I'm super happy I found this laptop. It's exactly what I needed at just the right price. I'm attending college & I wanted a touchscreen, with a backlit keyboard, and with a numerical 10 key on the keyboard too with at least 4GB of memory. Not only did it meet all of those wants, it also is a convertible, has a finger print biometric feature, an internal camera shutter, and has 8 GB of memory with the potential to increase the memory as well. Love it! It's exactly why I wanted and more.

I bought this laptop to use for college and it has amazed me! Sleek and modern look with a backlit keyboard, number pad, touch screen, fingerprint reader, and you can even fold it! Big screen makes it fun to watch Netflix or photo/video editing if you choose to. You can open multiple tabs on it without slowing it down.

This laptop is great in general. It fast, touch screen smooth, wide view screen. Tablet mode is great. Laptop doesn't get hot when using. However, when updating fan run loud. Kind of big and heavy because all aluminum. The biggest issue is the color red will become orange. If only the color issue is fixed, this laptop is really good to buy. I attached the screen between this Hp envy and my 8 years old Asus.

This is only my second laptop ever . I always thought that they was slightly cheaper , portable wanna-be computers . I have had 3 Desktop towers in my life , But this laptop is more powerful then all of them . If i had to make a complaint it would be the fact it dont have a disk drive . Looking forward to learning WINDOWS 10 and this new touchscreen options ! I Highly recoomend this laptop !

Very nice ! I use this for school. Super fast , clean and clear to watch videos. Touch screen is very good as well! My favorite part of all are the button where you can disabled the camera and mic. Just incase you forget when you go online in school and they see you in pajamas or bed head.

Ilove the look of this computer, the lighted keys is a must, 15" screen is big enough for just about anyone and its quick to start up. Has fingerprint reader for security, face recognition if you want. Had I paid more attention when I got it I would have gotten the i7 but I still love this laptop. HP for life!

I absolutely love this little beast! It's an HP so you know it kicks a** and this one here is saddles with dual 20" (maybe 19) HP monitors. The speed is wicked fast from boot to shutdown. Super lightweight and expandable. Perfect for presentations on any platform.

I’ve had the HP - ENVY x360 2 in 1 Laptop for 3-weeks and it has been everything as advertised and performed all the functions that my job and personal use required of it. I have no regrets about this purchase and hope it will continue to perform all the things that I have a need to perform on a-laptop. Thanks
