Touchscreen is convenient, although the processor is Lightning Fast loads everything quickly. Like the smoothness of touchpad, or mousepad. The illuminated all aluminum keys on the keyboard, as well as the all Mil-Standard all aluminum casing, which folds up like a huge 15.6" tablet. Quick boot up with the finger print recognition makes it convenient to load, after sleep, or shut down. This is by far the best price what does. This purchase replaced a 9 year old laptop, and expect this to last as long if not longer. Paid double the cost of previous laptop, though the minimum wage was $6.50 / hour and so more than double current $14.75 / hour, with inflation I would say did quite well.

I have had this computer about a month now. It is very good and snappy. I have not managed to make the computer slow down. The design of the computer is very pretty however, the front portion of the bottom section might feel a little uncomfortable on your lap. The overall feel of the computer makes you feel like you got your money's worth. The only downside I have had is using peripherals which cause my laptop to be stuck in some sort of "sleep" mode but I don't think it's the laptops fault.

We followed the UTC guidelines on the laptop for college students. I could not believe the speed and responsiveness of the laptop. Highly recommend this one with these specific specs.

I love that this computer can be used as a PC or a tablet. It is easy to use and great bang for your buck. I would definitely recommend it and so far I have enjoyed using it.

My new laptop was affordable. It is quick and streamline looking. Best Buy transferred my old files from my old laptop to this new one with the protection purchase and provided set-up instruction.

I've had the laptop for a MONTH!!! I had used it in the morning and was fine. I closed it and put in it's bag. In the afternoon I opened it noticed moving circles in the screen when I turned it on. I realized the upper left corner had a deep scratch that goes down the middle. No one touches my stuff and I'm always careful for this to happen is unacceptable and no one wants to help! Really messed up since my home computer, my son's laptop and my printer are all HP. Never buying HP again!!!!!

Love how I can turn it into a tablet and touch the screen as well. It is still functioning to this day as I purchased it in July of 2019 and i am still in love with this computer. I am still learning a lot of things about it to this day.

I really debated with myself for a while over whether I really needed a 2 in 1, especially considering the higher price compared to a standard laptop, but I am glad that I chose the 2 in 1. I take a lot of online classes, so a lot of the material that I have to read is in that format, and having the ability to flip the screen makes it a lot more comfortable for reading. When I do need to type, I typically use it like a standard laptop, but when I do choose to use the touch screen, I find that the size and spacing of the on screen keyboard makes it quite functional. Start up is really fast, the battery life seems to last a good while, and it is lightweight while still feeling durable. It is also pretty user friendly for those who are technologically challenged as I am. That's about all I can comment on because my usage is pretty basic, but overall, I am very pleased.

Purchased on sale & thought it’s the best bang for the buck. I would buy this over again regardless of price, it is a really great 2n1 laptop. It’s got great speed & so many features I haven even gotten to yet. My only complaint is I need to get a cover & a screen protector just so it doesn’t get scratched up with use.

Works great. Decently fast. Very slim. I went from an hp envy the size of an encyclopedia down to this and it's crazy. Very light, makes no noise (no fans kicking on in the middle of class). Sometimes I have issues with the fingerprint sensor, and the little pack on the battery charger gets hot as hell...those are my only complaints.

I was in the market for an Apple MAC Book Pro but I soon discovered that there were a lot of basics that the MAC Pro didn't come with or I had to purchase separately. The decision to go with the HP Envy was a no brainer and it also saved me an additional $1300.00!!! This computer has everything!!! Very satisfied with my purchase. So, if you're looking for a laptop with all of the bells and whistles, look no further!! (It has backlit key too!!) Try finding that on the MAC Book.

It is user friendly, it works excellent with numerous programs and windows opened at the same time, the speed is phenomenal. The battery life is extensive, and it is helpful when you are on the run. It is lightweight, easy to carry and can change into tablet mode if preferable and use programs that require drawing on your screen. It has a neat lite keyboard feature I find to be fun, it also has a lock webcam feature to turn it off, and many more items that I have yet to learn.

Bought this product because the laptop I had before was very outdated and slow. The fingerprint ID may not work if your fingers are dirty or sweaty. However, allows you to try more than once until it forces to type password. Love the feature that allows you to save battery. It comes in handy when you don’t have the time or ability to charge. The keyboard light has three different modes. This makes it great because you can lower the light to avoid hurting your eyes. As well as, turning it off if not needed. Have not tested if turning the light affects the battery life, but I don’t believe it does. Very useful at night while in need of typing. The laptop does fold that can be automatically programed into “tablet mode”. Once on, the modes can be changed to use type using both hands or only one depending on the preference. Finally, the mode of touch makes it easier to view small words. Love that you can zoom. While, it’s expensive definitely worth the value and quality for the price paid.

Life it! I upgraded to a laptop after my last computer I have had for 10 years was getting super slow and froze up a lot. This computer is very fast and live how you can use it like a tablet and fold it up to use the camera on it , especially. Ow with this virtual homeschooling we are experiencing and all the zoom sessions my kids are having with their teachers

Bought and 3 laptops and had to return them before I settled with this one either because of battery life or build quality. This laptop has both, nicely built and a great battery. Wish I would have bought the one with more storage but it's fine, I believe someone said the memory and storage were upgradable so that's a plus in my book
