This product was exactly what I needed to take my home office to the next level. I use it for the functionality of 3 monitors, that help my productivity when working from home. The price for this refurbished model was crazy affordable, and it operates like it is brand new. Its quiet, versitile, and takes up way less space then the Dell docking station I had before. I have my external hard drive attached to this, along with my pc speakers, and there is no lag at all with either device. I would recommend 10 times, and mad that I didnt purchase 2 of them.

There are other devices on the market that do what this one does. However, this one has a unique, space-saving design that users should find helpful in organizing their devices on a physical desk space. The device also comes at a good price. Be advised, though, that there is no USB-C port on the device. If one already owns, say, a new-ish USB-C connected external drive, it would require an additional working USB-C port on the laptop to get all your devices connected. Most new laptops come with two USB-C ports, so this is probably no problem for most.

Perfect for working from home. This docking station is a lifesaver. I required 3 monitors and the extension of ports to accomplish this was essential. Made my production increase to be able to view documents and operating system at the same time. I love this product

I was burned last time I bought refurbished device from Best Buy. But the savings on these was too good to pass up. I let these run for a few says and all seems to work great.

Item is in good, refurbished condition. Only fault is that one of the USB ports is damaged. Luckily there are two so I can get by and did not feel the need to return.

Works well and for great price compared to new models

This item replaced my work supplied docking station when I had to move my office. It works exactly like the original docking station. I have been using it for a month now and no issues.

I finally have all my monitors connected again! What a nice feeling! Happy New Year!

For $50 it is worth. Like brand new with 2 years warranty. Don’t spent more go for it and worth for the dollars you spend.

Just got it, hooked it up and it is amazing. I don't have a laptop for the Thunderbolt, so this works great..
