Once the technician worked out the kinks and set this up, all was working find until a week into service, I had to purchase a cable and connect it to my modem, due to the fact that when I sent something to print, I also had to press ok on the printer, Unfraternally the technician was not aware of this, but he still did a great job!

nice machine just not great for a business. better for home use

I was looking for a basic B/W printer for a small office. This model has HP+. The printer will not work unless you have Internet access. Our office is small without Internet access. The printer will literally not work WITHOUT an internet connection. Too Smart and worthless. Can't return it. Outside Best Buy return policy.

I wasn't even able to install and use it. It took me forever to make it work, the installation is very difficult and i ended up not using the printer at all. I even asked help from our trusted tech experts, but he was not able to help me at all. I was supposed to return it but the return date has expired. It is still in the box sitting at the corner of our office. Please give me consideration to be able to return the product.

Great laser printer at a great price. Cheaper than others!

This is a wired only computer. This means you cannot setup using wifi. You must purchase your own ethernet cable AND usb cable to setup this printer.

I need a home printer with all in one capbablaity with copy, fax, print , scanner in one machine

Needed a total tech in house assist to activate and the result was worth the wait.
