A: The HP LaserJet printers will only print if all the toners are installed. If one of the color toners is empty, you will need to replace it to continue printing.

A: This printer does not qualify for HP Instant Ink.
Q: When printing, this printer is very loud. Is there any way to make it quieter when printing.
A: I looked in the user manual to see if there was a "quiet" mode, but it doesn't appear so. And looking at the specs, the sound from the M255dw is typical for laser printers. If you replaced a printer that was much quieter, there might be a problem with the printer. Your best option would be to contact the HP support team for troubleshooting.
Q: Can you make copies from this printer?
A: No. This is only a printer. It can only print. It does not have the capability to copy or scan. We recommend looking at the HP Laserjet Pro M283fdw or Laserjet Pro M479fdw printers, which can print, copy, scan, and fax.
