Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great MFP for the price. $229 is a heck of a deal for an HP MFP, especially since I had some rewards money to use. I also added the 4-year extended warranty. I’ve been using HP printers for 32 years, and this one is every bit as good as the others I’ve owned. Setup was quick and easy, and it easily meets our needs. The only real drawback is the lack of duplex scanning. That said, network scanning works great, and the printer boots up and prints quickly. Print quality is excellent, too. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. For $229, it’s hard to beat.

I bought this printer to replace my 15 years old MFP LaserJet Pro. Nothing bad to say so far, it works great and it's fast and quite. Only one little thing,it does not have a second tray or an opening in the front so I had to always open the paper tray to switch between different paper kind. Hence the 4 stars but for the price it's a great printer.

I absolutely love this printer. No worries that my ink will dry out and I've used it 4 times already so I've saved about $100 of fees I would have paid at kinkos to make copies. Bluetooth works great and I've used both apple and android with it.

Excellent product. Wirelesss AI- Enabled black and white all in one laser printer.

I regret purchasing the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3101sdw. It has been nothing but problems since the day I got it. The printer repeatedly acts like it’s printing—making all the sounds—but no paper ever comes out. I’ve spent too much time troubleshooting, restarting, and trying to make it work, only for the same issue to return. A printer should be simple and reliable, and this one has been the opposite. Extremely frustrating experience

My first purchase of a printer. EVER. Good choice.

This printer is fast and is easy to set up. Perfect for my small business. Makes copies, scans and prints black and white clearly. It is very convenient connects to wifi, my documents scan clearly and scans to different locations when needed. Does not take much space on my desk and can copy and scan more documents fast!

Printers should be boring, and inexpensive. Meaning - they should "just work" and not cost you 2026 RAM prices while doing it. I went to BestBuy thinking I was going to buy one of those giant tank inkjet printers, and once I got there I selected this one instead. Yeah - no color. But... so far it has been boringly reliable, and I should have many hunderd pages of printing left before I need to look at a toner replacement. And... the print quality is really good!

The best all in one LaserJet there is and it's from HP which makes it even better. Easy set up, easy functionality and great looking prints. Whether you need to print, scan or copy...this LaserJet makes it easy for anyone to handle!

We liked this printer enough to get 2 of them - one for home and one for office. It’s a sleek looking multifunctional printer with solid tech and easy to good. Good value for its price. The only complaint I have is it cannot handle large files - every time I try to print something bigger than 5-10 Mb over the WiFi the printer crashes (turns off then reset and does not process the job at all). So for daily printing of homework, office documents, and scanning receipts and letters it’s more than sufficient. For printing anything high res or with a lot of graphics, forget about it.

A bit bigger than my old printer, but features provide everything I needed for a home/possibly small office printer. The only thing I dislike is the paper holder is inside and I can’t see how low it is sitting at my desk. The only misgiving is the paper tray is a flimsy plastic that I hope holds up. Haven’t had to deal with a paper jam yet, so I can’t comment on how easy that is to handle.

Very easy set up. It’s bigger than what I wanted but the print quality was worth the extra space it takes up.

Arrived on schedule. Easy to set up. I'm technologically impaired, yet this thing was simple set connect to wifi and my two computers. In my opinion, it was a bargain for what I paid for it.

Easy to use; syncs well with our devices; prints and copies cleanly.

I've gone through many printers over the years, the majority of which have been HP printers. There have been quite a number of hiccups in getting them set up and keeping them happy working on my systems. This one has been absolutely trouble free since it came out of the box and it works fast and beautifully first time every time. It is the best I have ever had.

This Laser Jet printer has HPs known reliability for printing tasks. Works great as a printer, scanner, and copier. Good quality print, easy to setup and use. The only drawback is the cost of ink cartridges but you know that when you buy the printer. Would recommend.

The onsite HP rep suggested this printer and I am not disappointed. Compact and great print quality. Easy to set up and use. Love that this printer also scans in color.

This HP all-in-one device is such a great upgrade from my old Canon that I couldn't get to work anymore. I had no trouble connecting it and using it immediately! It is so easy to use!

The ease of use is great! I mostly print from my I-Phone and am happy with the quality and how fast it prints.

Easy working printer takes very little time and prints great
