It is a good laptop, but the image of the product does not match the final product, the keyboard is red and not RGB, however, the model number indicated on the product it is the one that HP distributes with those specifications, is only a problem in the sale image.

I had to bring this thing for repair 3 times in a year. Runs games decently but the thing needs too many repairs.

Specs inaccurate - NO RGB Keyboard!!

This model does not have the RGB keyboard as specified in the specs. I purchased this laptop, spent 45 minutes explaining and letting the Geeksquad try to figure out how to get the RGB keyboard to work. The keyboard has red painted keys, and is red backlit. The model with the RGB keyboard has white keys!! I returned and went to Office Depot.
