Customer Ratings & Reviews

Right out of the box, the Intel Core i5-14400F processor felt snappy and responsive. Paired with 32GB of DDR5 RAM, it tears through both everyday multitasking and intensive gaming sessions without a hint of lag. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU provides rock-solid frame rates on modern, graphics-heavy titles at high settings—perfect for anyone who’s looking to enjoy smooth, immersive gameplay at 1080p or even beyond. Load times are nearly non-existent, thanks to the ultra-fast 1TB SSD, which also provides plenty of room for a sizable gaming library and other files. Design and Aesthetics: The Snow White chassis is an absolute head-turner. I’ve often seen darker, more aggressive-looking gaming desktops, but this lighter aesthetic really stands out and adds a unique flair to my setup. The tempered glass side panel and subtle RGB lighting accents make it easy to show off the powerful internal components without it feeling over-the-top. It’s a modern, sleek design that blends well with minimalistic or contemporary gaming spaces. Quiet and Cool Operation: Despite pushing the system hard with long gaming sessions, the HP OMEN 25L remains impressively quiet. The cooling solution does a great job managing thermals—my CPU and GPU temps have stayed within ideal ranges even when under heavy workloads. It’s nice to play late into the night without the system sounding like it’s about to lift off. Ease of Upgrades: For anyone looking to future-proof their system, the OMEN 25L makes accessing internal components a breeze. The case is designed with thoughtful cable management and easy-to-remove panels, making upgrades or maintenance far less intimidating than with some other prebuilt systems. Overall Value: While not the absolute highest-end build on the market, this configuration offers excellent value for gamers who want a strong balance of cutting-edge parts, reliable performance, and a tasteful, distinctive aesthetic. The combination of the latest Intel i5 chip, next-generation DDR5 memory, a powerful RTX 4060, and fast SSD storage means this system should stay relevant for years to come. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a gaming desktop that delivers great performance, sleek looks, and thoughtful design choices, the HP OMEN 25L in Snow White is a fantastic pick. It’s powerful enough for serious gamers, yet refined enough to fit seamlessly into any home—truly a winning choice for the price.

This HP Omen 25L PC, is simply amazing! It looks amazing with very simple and modern external look, and the interior is very sophisticated and cool, it’s storage is amazing and can run every game, it runs Fortnite at 250 fps, and Gtav with even more, no lags at all, I can do everything on this PC, from school work to gaming! Amazing for multitasking! Everything is very smooth and relaxing! The sound is not very loud either, when playing Fortnite it makes a little fan noise, but it is not major. Other than that, it is really quiet!

The PC itself is a performance powerhouse. It’s running every game I play at ultra settings with no lag or stutter. Thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (or insert your model here), the graphics are incredibly sharp and realistic. Paired with a monitor running at 144Hz refresh rate, the gameplay is buttery smooth—perfect for fast-paced titles like Call of Duty and Apex Legends. Best Buy’s customer service made the whole experience even better. The staff helped me pick the right model for my needs without pushing unnecessary upgrades. I bought this OMEN PC with the RTX 4060 and I couldn’t be happier. Right out of the box, the performance is amazing. Games run super smooth with ultra settings and no FPS drops at all. Demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Call of Duty, and Elden Ring look stunning and play flawlessly. The cooling system works great—it’s quiet even during long gaming sessions—and the OMEN case has a sleek, modern design. I also love how easy it is to upgrade components if needed in the future. Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything has worked perfectly from day one. If you’re looking for a powerful and reliable gaming PC, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

I really love using this desktop by OMEN. It's my first ever PC and so far it's been checking off everything I wanted. Playing games at high quality graphics with perfect frames everytime! It's very exciting. It also has its own game booster/cleaner to keep the PC running smoothly. It's also good in appearance. Very clean white with RGB components inside the computer to add some color. Also compact, as it could fit on the shelf at the bottom of my desk. Overall, it's pretty good and I can see myself using this for a couple years!

Very well put together prebuilt PC. I’m new to building PCs and a friend stated this would be a good base. I’ve been using a 2018 Acer Nitro 5 laptop and finally decided to commit to a desktop. Amazing desktop. The graphics are amazing! The light customization is super cool and I love the glass door. Gives plenty of space for upgrades and even extra storage spaces even though the 1TB is pretty good out of the box. It’s easy to get in and clean if needed as well. No issues but comes with manufacture warranty for up to 2 years. Definitely would recommend!

Honestly not bad very solid and runs a bunch of games very well i have recommended to friends to try easy to add things aswell

First image is what It looked like at purchase. the rest are after cosmetic upgraded but for what it's worth, I got it on a sale at about $750 open box. This thing is a beast. plays Black Ops 6 at Ultra settings at a steady 90-110 FPS and Hogwarts Legacy on high settings at about 80-100 FPS. I upgraded the cooler and added RGB fans using the Cooler Master RGB controller which is powered through usb-A to micro which is nice since this motherboard doesn't have a usb 2.0 MB port. The front has openings to run the cables through to the controller and the controller is magnetic. To add a 240mm cooler, YouTube is your best friend ;)

When i first got it, the was box in pretty rough shape but everything inside wasnt damaged. The real issue was setting it up. The second i started it, just a black screen with the loading cursor. Took 2 hours to figure out what was wrong. It was a used pc but the better condition option, and i thought it said that it was tested before hand. Im very disappointed this happened and that i got very little help from support. The second problem is the wobbly fan but ill get that changed. The pc runs every game ive thrown at it with ease. If you’re gonna buy it, buy it new.

I LOVEEE THIS PC. So worth the money, I play on it everyday and it’s also so efficient to help me get my work done. It runs so smoothly & I enjoy it a lot. This is my first Pc & I am so happy with my decision.

So far amazing. Been using the past few months and absolute perfection, no complaints other than some complications with setting up the heeadset though easily fixed

I don't know much about gaming computers but my daughter who is into them says this is a good one. I'm being her father said I'll buy it. Shes happy am happy needed another computer for the home. Also bought a LG 34 inch screen for it.

Thanks to my sons, who talked me into this unit. Never knew I needed this computer until I got it. It’s fast and quiet and I love it

An excellent prebuild for a great value. Plenty of capacity to upgrade the 4060 if you ever need, and it's a highly-efficient rig that can handle any modern title without turning your room into a launch pad.

I like it. That's very nice, smart, and very smooth to use.

It is an amazing computer works amazingly no complaints great value.

Purchased for my 11 yr old and the quality for price has been great. High speed & sleek design.

This pc has been awesome so far. Best buy is always my favorite store for pre built computers.
