I’ve been using the HP OMEN 35L with the Ryzen 7 8700F and RTX 5070 for a little while now, and it has been excellent. The system starts up quickly, runs very quietly, and handles everything I do without any slowdown. Games run smoothly on high settings, and multitasking feels effortless with the 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The build quality is solid, and the design has a clean, modern look. The cooling seems well designed because the desktop stays cool even during longer gaming or editing sessions. The 1TB SSD is also fast, so loading times are basically instant. Overall, this desktop has been reliable, fast, and exactly what I needed. Very happy with the performance so far.

I recently switched from an Alienware gaming laptop to this HP Omen desktop, and the difference is huge. The Ryzen 7 8700F combined with the RTX 5070 handles everything I throw at it without any issues. Gaming performance is excellent, frame rates are smooth, and the system stays surprisingly quiet even under heavy load. The 32GB DDR5 memory makes multitasking effortless. I can run multiple applications, browsers, and games without noticing any slowdown. Boot time is also very fast thanks to the 1TB SSD. Another thing I appreciate is the design and airflow. The cooling system keeps temperatures stable, and the case looks great on my desk without being overly flashy. Overall, this PC feels powerful, stable, and well-built. If you're looking for a strong gaming and productivity desktop, this HP Omen is definitely worth considering.

I record Music and I needed a replacement for my refurbished and tricked out Z420 Workstation, basically 64bit with Win10. Waited for a year and a half for the right price point and when the time came, cause my Z was having audio drop outs, I decided to go for quality---Finding the Omen. Best Buy verified it had what I needed and I got a payment plan that works, generously. I don't even game much but I play Hunt 1896 a couple times a week and this Omen is brilliant stellar! handles the game. handles my work load. Handles my programs with plugins. plenty of USB ports. and looks Awesome.

Ended up with this Hp Omen Gaming Desktop 35L after previously purchasing a CyberPowerPC gaming desktop that couldn’t even run a game of Warzone without hard crashing the whole os. Returned that one and went with this HP Omen Desktop because I’ve already owned a HP Omen Gaming Laptop and never had any quality concerns with it. I’ve been more than pleased with this Desktop. Have had zero problems with it and opening up the case to work on it is super easy. I installed a TP Link WiFi 7 chipset and don’t know much about computers but with a little chat gpt help I was able to figure it out. Great machine! Dependable! Quiet!

Been awhile since I've gotten a desktop, had a gaming laptop for ever and finally upgraded. This PC can literally handle everything including editing, multimedia, streaming and of course gaming. Have had it on ultra settings for every game. Fans are extremely quiet and this rig is easily upgradable. Just added a new 4tb Nvme ssd. Dream come true machine and really good investment.

Old-guy-casual-gamer-review incoming: I bought this machine because my previous one (an Omen 18L) was simply too old to run modern games anymore. So I waited until I had a bonus check to spend, and made the plunge. It has not disappointed in that it has been capable of running every new game I've tried so far (Outer Worlds 2, Oblivion Remastered, Solasta II early access, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33) defaulting to medium or higher graphics settings. Mostly it seems to land on high, but not ultra-high and games run without any stuttering, load times are minimal, and and it looks pretty to my old eyes. The machine is quiet, the case is spacious which should help if upgrades are needed down the line, and it has two USB ports up front along with 1 USB-C and a 3.5mm headphones jack. It does not have a 3.5mm microphone jack up front, however. I bought some USB-C headphones rather than have to reach to the back every time I wanted to use headphones instead of my speaker bar. The one problem I have had is that it was booting up and would not be able to find my windows profile, so it would load a generic one. I would have to reboot to get my profile to load. Turns out it was a setting that needed to be changed. The fix sounds scarier than it is. In the search bar on you taskbar hold down your windows key and tap "R" which will bring up the run command. Type "services.msc" which gives you a pop up with a bunch of stuff listed in alphabetical order. Scroll down to find "user profile service" and make sure it is set to "automatic." After making that change, I haven't had any trouble with it. (Thanks to my IT wife for throwing me that lifeline) I'm an older guy who doesn't do anything too crazy with my gaming. No straight up FPS games and no competitive gaming or streaming. If all you want to do is play modern games on respectable graphics settings, this machine is a great option for a relatively affordable price. It comes perfectly capable of doing that right out of the box. Just plug and play.

Aesthetically pleasing/high quality components and tower, the RGB fans are a nice feature and it performs extremely well during marathon gaming sessions with no latency or screen tearing issues. Extremely happy with my purchase and even more so with the customer service I received when I had to return the first one I bought!

... but the AMD processor works well! A lifelong Intel and Dell guy, this was my first foray into AMD and any gaming computer that did not have "XPS" in the title, and I must say I'm impressed. Overall system is tight and well put-together, but still allows for expansion. For example, I've already installed a NVMe SSD and another SSD via SATA. Very happy with system, and would buy again!

What an upgrade a a good price. The GPU alone in almost the same price as this PC. Loos great. Performs great. I play all new modern games in 1440P with well over 150fps. I was hitting 225fps on high settings playing The First Descendant. Amazing product from HP. Just wish the mouse and key weren't so cheap feeling and looking. I already had upgrades on those items. PC is fast and very responsive. And no its not on the carpet.

Finally upgraded my computer and decided on a pre-built this go. Waited for the RTX5070. Shipping was quick. Arrived undamaged. No problems. Bought it to play Warcraft / POE. Handles just fine. Running 3 monitors, multitasking watching movies. Would definitely recommend.
