Customer Ratings & Reviews

It is indeed a great laptop from the specs point of view. The space between the keypad keys is less, will mae you feel superb uncomfortable. The laptop does get frozen when performing small simple tasks like excel due to power management and WIFI 7. I tried the laptop 3 says and immediately asked for a replacement due these issues and i got similar issues again. It make me return the laptop immediately. It’s not worth the hype.

An amazing laptop for gaming. Ran for over 8 hours of continuous gameplay, on Steam, and zero issues. Fan wasn't extremely noisy. Rather it be cooling than to be quiet and hot. The picture quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

using for school to run auto cad, sketchup and revit while windows are all open and battery decreases to 30% in less than an hour. I have to shut other apps to help with the battery life and speed. too slow. too heavy to carry around. do not recommend it at all.

Very good laptop. Already one month without problems. Keep good temperature

Surprisingly slow, very heavy, poor battery life and no touch screen. Perhaps ok for gamers at home, not for an engineer using AI in the field.

This is a top notch product and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Great gaming computer. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming computer

My son is loving his computer, which he’s using for school and extra play time

Great Laptop!! no words to explain. SImply awesome.

great product can run all the top games on good graphics

Love it! Easy to use and runs great! Haven't had any issues.

I have owned this laptop for 120 days, and Ive already had to take in into best buy to fix it three times. the extention cord is also damaged and a falling apart. I never had to bring my Lenovo Legion laptop in to repair it, and I owned it for 5 years. If I could return this product, I would do it without hesitation. This is a 2000 dollar product and it is constantly having issues.
