I’ve been really impressed with this laptop so far. The 14" 2K OLED display looks beautiful, everything feels smooth and responsive, and the laptop is lightweight and easy to carry around. The battery life is especially impressive, and I love not having to constantly worry about charging it. The Snapdragon X processor handles everyday tasks really well, and having 256GB of storage gives me plenty of room for my files and applications. Overall, it’s been a great laptop and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I like the size and weight. I don't want anything too heavy or hard to handle. I am retired and mostly just check email, do some light correspondence, read the news and watch videos on my laptop so I wasn't looking for an overpowered gaming machine. It's keyboard fits my hands and it's easy to use. I just have to get rid of the bloatware and install the programs I use most often and get everything I need transferred from the old laptop to this one. I hope I can get many years of use from it. My old HP laptop is being held together by duct tape but it has turned out to be very worth the money.

I love the battery life on this computer is amazing. Yo can use it 2 days straight without charging it.I like that it is small it can fit anywhere.

After setting up & uploading needed files this laptop shut down on me 4 times in the 1st week of owning, I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged for a different model.

I purchased this after returning a Dell laptop that I did not like. While I didn't realize it was not touch screen (my fault and not that important to me), I am otherwise very happy with it. It has a processor that's more than adequate for my needs, and the screen size is perfect. It has shut down unexpectedly twice - unexpected system error - but otherwise so far it has been great.

The computer has been a great fit for our 11 year old son and his first experience with a computer for school. It has all of the necessary specs, handles frequent use, long battery life and all things necessary

Easy to set up and easy to manuver. Small enough to get carry with you. Great Battery 41 hr extended life.

So far, so good. Great product. Holds a charge for a long time and the display is excellent.

It is lightweight, easy to carry, and the Starlit Blue color gives it a clean and modern look. Battery life is another big advantage, especially if you need a laptop that can last through a full day without constantly looking for a charger. Overall, this is a great laptop for school, work, streaming, and everyday use. I’m very satisfied with the performance, display quality, portability, and battery life.

Everything is handling very excellently with all the work that I need from this computer period it's given me what I need to access for work. And for school and everything else that I can take care of great purchase

This does the job for small things like college. The only downside is it is a little pricey. They need to drop the price down to about 400 bucks.

I like it, it's lightweight, easy to use and navigate. Battery life is satisfying. My only unfortunate discovery was how the mouse track pad sometimes doubleclicks and drags without me meaning to do that action. I could be scrolling and all of a sudden all the text is highlighted and/or messed with. Maybe it's just the sensitivity setting... but I have yet to figure it out myself.

For how little I paid and how advanced this laptop is, I can’t complain much. I will say, for a laptop I’ve had for a month pretty quickly it began to “run into unexpected issues” and would restart multiple times throughout work. On the bright side it would start back up a few minutes later and have all my tabs open. Besides that, really cool little piece of tech

This laptop beats the base MacBook Air in terms of pricing, screen, speed, and processor power. I would choose this laptop any day over a MacBook, even over the neo. The only thing I had issues with was the Hypervisor error BSOD. If anyone ends up getting it, turn of all virtualization. But other than that, perfect laptop, even the speaker quality is amazing. I wish the OLED panel was a bit brighter, but still very bright.

This is the 6th or 7th HP computer that i have purchasd. All have been purchased from Best Buy. I am still setting up and learning about the laptop. I have have a few doctor's appointments and physical therapy appointments since i got the laptop. So i am not fully using it yet.

Long battery life but I probably swap to higher ram model in the future

This laptop is very nice and super fast and budget friendly so it didnt break the bank and very pleased with it so far, Thanks for all your help,(Andrew) in lexington S.c. store helped us, he was very knowlegeable and new exactly what we was looking for.
