I purchased this product as a replacement for my mother’s old laptop which recently died. It has performed extremely well and I have no complaints. The ability to swap out ram modules was an essential factor I was looking for and I can’t wait to upgrade to 32gb of ram soon!

I purchased this laptop on sale ($799) and for that price, the laptop has incredible value. In the current market, 17 inch laptops are almost non-existent at a decent price point so to find this one with the specs that it had with at least 16GB of RAM with the price of memory these days was an absolute steal. I actually purchased this laptop for a client for use in a small office environment and so far, they have been very happy with the performance. Setup using Windows Backup from a previous desktop used in the office was effortless and easily cut over an hour or more from the setup of the computer. Performance is smooth (despite being a 2025 model), apps start up with no delay and the large real estate make it easy to work on for the staff member that I purchased it for who was used to using a 23" monitor in a desktop. Ports are plenty (HDMI, 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A) and the keyboard is very comfortable and easy to type on. The battery (only a measly 3-cell, 41Wh unit) is a little under below average for a laptop in this price range, although there is talk of the newer Intel chips being more energy-efficient. Since this laptop will likely spend a good portion of time plugged into a wall source at my client's location, it won't matter for my purposes but may matter for others looking at this unit. Affordable 17.3" consumer or small-business oriented laptops are a challenge to find in today's market since what I've noticed is that the 16" format has largely supplanted that space. Since I had previously bought 17.3" laptops for this client on multiple occasions, I chose to stick with that format. However, if that weren't a limitation, it's very likely I would have sought out a 16" alternative that had comparable specs. I will rate this computer 5 stars since the build quality, port selection, functionality and price that I bought it for justified a competitive offering. But for it's actual retail price (~$1099), it becomes harder to justify the purchase given that many more plentiful alternatives with better battery life and performance in 16" form factors are available that may be cheaper or comparable in price. If a number pad and larger screen real estate are important to you, then this may be a good fit, but if you are willing to sacrifice on one or both of those criteria, other alternatives may be your better bet.

This laptop is very great, it has given me a wonderful experience, I use it for my everyday life and the features it has are great, for example great speed, battery time and also the screen size, this laptop has made me very comfortable and i recomend it!

Fast, Beautiful Claridy, Easy to Get Around. First Time Purchasing a HP But So Happy I Did. Use It Everyday, Not Exactly An Expert On The Computer But This HP Makes Me Look like An Expert.

I like new HP OmniBook 3 17.3" Full HD. The large 17.3-inch Full HD display is bright, sharp, and comfortable for long hours of work, reading, and streaming. The spacious screen makes multitasking much easier, especially when working with spreadsheets, documents, or multiple browser windows. The laptop performs smoothly during everyday tasks, including zoom conferencing, web browsing, Microsoft Office applications, and light photo editing. It handles multiple applications without noticeable lag.

Nice laptop that is slim and versatile. Wish it was touchscreen but still like all the other features. Works good for my at home business needs.

I bought this laptop for a senior citizen. She uses to pay bills online so she'll never take full advantage of this laptop's specs, and the main reason I bought it is because the screen is huge. I was able to zoom in the screen by 25%, and it makes it so much easier for her to see and there's still enough screen space to see most of the website because the screen is so big. I originally bought her a gray one, but she couldn't see the white lettering clearly, so I returned it and bought her a black one, which HP calls Mica Silver.

A good laptop with good speed and battery life storage of products is also useful

This HP Omnibook 3 laptop AI with a 17" screen is very nice. I bought this specifically for the large 17" screen. I like the optional backlight key. The laptop is fast and has a nice feel to the keypad. This laptop is also lightweight. I got a great deal on this laptop at Best Buy. Great purchase!

HP products are consistent and I can switch from one to another without a learning curve. I like that it doesn't have a touch screen. It doesn't go crazy if you accidently touch it. I am taking a class. The large screen is great for the maps.

I got a laptop with the biggest screen I could so I could work when away from home. It's nice, but wish it could be bigger. I love the light weight of it and the 10-key on the keyboard.

16GB seems sufficient! Very happy with speed and all the bells and whistles. We also purchased the 3 year Geek Squad plan. That brought the total to about a grand!

My older laptop went down and I just needed a 17" laptop that was ready to go. Best Buy what was a good price and 16gb of ram. Good to go. It's working fine. The speakers can be a little on the quiet side when it's on the bed, but louder on a coffee table. I'm mostly just surfing the web and streaming. I do enjoy the 17" screen, things are looking pretty good.

This laptop has been most useful to complete the work for which I bought it. Additionally, it has been most convenient for email, games, and internet use.
