Customer Ratings & Reviews

The HP OmniBook 5 Flip with Intel Core i7 is the perfect mix of speed, style, and smarts. From the moment I powered it on, it felt premium — fast startup, quiet performance, and crystal-clear visuals. I love how easily it flips between laptop and tablet mode — ideal for work, movies, or creative projects. The Intel Core i7 keeps everything running silky smooth, even with tons of apps open. It’s wonderful — lightweight, sleek, and surprisingly powerful. I love that I can multi-window or even triple-task with ease; the features are awesome for me. Coming from a MacBook(No offense) love MacBook too , I’ve noticed I can now access and use programs and tools that weren’t compatible before — it’s such a relief to finally have that flexibility. Battery life? Amazing. Design? Modern and clean. Versatility? Top-tier. This is hands-down one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned. It’s powerful, portable, and just feels next level. Highly recommend for anyone who wants both performance and elegance in one machine. Lastly that face recognition ID is one of the best too!!

I bought the HP OmniBook 5 Flip 2-in-1 during the Thanksgiving sale, and honestly, from the moment I unboxed it, I felt like I made one of the smartest purchases this year. This laptop didn’t just meet my expectations—it exceeded them in every possible way. Right away, the lightweight and sleek design made me smile. It’s the kind of device you feel proud to carry around. The setup took just minutes, and as soon as I started using it, the performance absolutely impressed me. The Intel Core 7 processor is lightning fast, and everything feels so effortless—zero lag, smooth multitasking, and apps opening instantly. Even the keyboard feels premium, with soft, comfortable key presses that make typing a pleasure. The 2K touchscreen truly adds a wow factor. It’s crisp, vibrant, and incredibly responsive. And that 360° flip design? It completely transforms the experience. Whether I’m working, binge-watching, reading, or browsing in bed, switching it into tablet mode feels so natural and convenient. It’s like having two devices in one. But the part that genuinely won my heart is the battery life. After charging it to just 80%, it still gives me 24–32 hours depending on my usage. I couldn’t believe it. For the first time, I can work, stream, and browse for days without hunting for a charger. The CoPilot PC features have also become surprisingly useful—quick help, shortcuts, and everyday tasks feel easier and smarter. This laptop has become such an enjoyable part of my daily routine that I’m actually keeping an eye out for another deal so I can buy the same model for my wife. When you love a product this much, you want your family to experience it too—that’s how confident I feel about it. If I must mention a con: the only thing missing is a backlit keyboard. But honestly, with everything else this laptop offers, it feels like a very small compromise. I work in a well-lit home office, so it hasn’t affected my usage at all. Overall, this is one of those rare buys that leaves you genuinely happy every single day. Highly recommended — I’m truly glad I picked this one.

This HP OmniBook 5 Flip is perfect for campus life — it's lightweight and the 14" 2K touchscreen is super crisp for notes and Netflix. The 2-in-1 hinge makes it easy to switch between typing essays and taking handwritten notes in class. With the Intel Core Ultra 7 and 16GB of RAM, it handles multitasking and lots of browser tabs without slowing down. The 512GB SSD boots fast and gives me enough room for school files and a few games. Battery lasts most of my day when I'm in lectures, though heavy editing drains it faster. The Glacier Silver finish looks sleek and the keyboard is comfy for long study sessions. Not for hardcore gaming or rendering, but overall it's a great student laptop for productivity and media.

The setup was quick, the performance is smooth, and the display quality makes long study sessions much easier on their eyes. They especially love how fast it loads their school apps and how lightweight it is to carry around the house. At this point, I have been using the HP OmniBook 5 Flip 14 a couple of weeks, which is why I am very pleased with it. The 2K touch screen is clear and crisp and I love the fact that I can switch to a tablet mode to watch my shows or note down. It tackles multi tasking without any hitches with 16GB RAM and it performs well in work, browsing and streaming. The appearance of the Glacier Silver design is smooth and upholstered, and one can carry around since it is lightweight. It is not intended to be a heavy gaming platform, yet it has been consistent and quick in terms of daily work and productivity. All in all, it was a wonderful purchase!

The HP OmniBook 5 Flip truly delivers a premium blend of style and capability: its slim Glacier Silver design feels high‑end, the Intel Core 7 processor and 16GB of RAM provide fast, reliable performance, and the 14" 2K touch display combined with its flexible convertible hinge makes it an ideal device for users who need both productivity and creative freedom in a single, portable machine.

Was excited to purchase my first ever laptop spent hours trying to make the right decision. It started out fast ive only had it for about 60 days if that. It has slowed down and I have to keep restarting I don’t have a lot save on there. Close the window tabs when done. At times I’m actually scrolling and the screen will go black as if it’s idle. But all in all it ok I just wish it was faster for productivity for my job. I like the weight, color, and style. I love that it flips and also acts as a notebook. I connected it to a larger monitor, I do wish that it had more ports. I just realized I can use a stylus so I’ll have to purchase me one of those hopefully soon. If I need to take and get upgraded for faster speed I’m a look into that also. I think it was a good buy.

The trackpad at the bottom of the keyboard is large and responsive, supporting multi-touch gestures. The computer handles multitasking smoothly which is ideal for office apps, browsing, and light creative work. The 16GB RAM & 512GB SSD: Quick boot times and fast file access. The computer works very well, everything I need to do on it the computer works extremely well. The flip feature, and touch screen makes presenting easier for me.

EXACTLY what I needed!! I had no idea just how outdated my existing laptop was (about 8 years old). After explaining that I needed this for mostly business purposes, the sales agent not only found the perfect fit, but also led me to some deep savings which was much appreciated by our nonprofit’s accounting department. I’m not highly educated in the world of electronics, but the sales agent didn’t talk over my head and patiently explained the attributes of the computer he was recommending in a language I could easily understand. Such a load off my mind, and shoulders. Thanks!!

Great laptop. My old laptop was slow. New HP fast, great resolution, touchscreen. Now I can pay my bills in 1/2 the time.
