I was in search for a laptop that I can use for a technical school software, I am beyond happy with this laptop! The touch screen is AMAZING, and isn’t pixelated in the slightest! It has a really nice clear display, and a 3 mode well lit keyboard. The keys are very clear and spacious. The number pad is amazing for any numerous numbers typing! The trackpad is very large making it great for big tasks! The sound quality is surprisingly very good! The response time is very fast and reliable as well!

I love it. The 17" screen, thin and light weight makes it easy to carry. Couldn't ask for more! Easy to set up and learn all about it with all the help guides that are with it.

I really love my new Omnibook. I needed a new laptop for my business. I love the large touchscreen and the ease of set up. The large keyboard also helps me type quickly. So far, I am happy with my choice and recommend this computer to others.

The laptop runs nice and smooth and very fast, the touch screen works great. No complaints here.

I upgraded my 5-year-old HP to this HP OmniBook 17.3 full HD touchscreen Laptop. The difference was phenomenal. I should have done this way before now. I'm enjoying the speed, clarity of the screen, and the ease it is to use. Great purchase!

I am not huge into tech so for those that want it dumbed down… it has decent speed, my eyes don’t hurt as much vs looking at my cheaper laptop. The camera is lower quality than I expected. It doesn’t show the same quality like I saw on the stores display camera. I work from home so I’m always camera for meetings so it bothers me daily but if you don’t plan to use the camera much or you don’t care than it would be fine

With the Best Buy Geek Squad, the transition from my older, dead computer to this one was almost seemless, and easy. Colors, graphics, and ease of use are good points. I did go I to a17 inch screen which gave me the numbers board on the keyboard.

I bought this laptop for work, I work in the medical field, and my apple laptop wasn't working with the programs that I needed to use. I have used this laptop nonstop. It works great! It is a little heavy but that was to be expected with the 17in screen. I love how versatile it is and how fast it processes all my downloads.

Love this laptop! Had to exchange a previous purchase and pick this HP up. I'm so glad I made the exchange, this runs super fast and stays cool. The battery life lasts quite long and it's so easy using this computer. I love the fact that it's backlit which makes using the keyboard in Twilight super easy. I highly recommend this machine!

The process to buy this laptop went smoothly. My previous laptop was HP so I was familiar with the features & operations. There was, however, a ‘hiccup’ in the next phase where my data was to be transferred to the new laptop. I was supposed to get a call within 3 days when it was done. On day 5, when still no call came, I looked on my paperwork for the order & contact number, I found a different name was on my paperwork. At this point I was extremely concerned that my data had been compromised & my new laptop may have gone to someone else. After calling the customer service number I was given a number for the actual store where I bought the laptop. That location confirmed the transfer was done & I could get the laptop. When I got there, it was determined the store personnel had not removed the name of her previous customer from the computer before beginning my service ticket. This evidently caused great concern on their part as this was a substantial breach of company policy & compliance with security of customer information. It all got straightened out in the end, but I was disappointed that Best Buy hasn’t reached out to me personally about the ‘almost’ data breach. We continue to renew our service plan (and are astonished at how much the cost has increased) but have some concerns about the fairly lackluster way we were handled.

This laptop is great. It's a bit on the heavy side, but I'm not complaining since it's built with high quality materials and no cheap plastics like other laptops. Installation and first use was very easy. The screen is fantastic and the laptop is fast. Great for people who need a large screen and work with heavy files or programs.

I went from a budget laptop to the OmniBook X 17.3". What a great laptop!! It's fast, has great features, plenty of RAM and storage. Built in AI features. I primarily use it for work and more than gets the job done. While it does have a touchscreen, I do not use it much, but it is a great feature to have. If you are looking for a laptop that will last, need a laptop with great battery life - this is for you.

The computer has a high quality screen for great eye comfort. It is very quick in the search for information. The only thing that was an issue at first was the mouse pad, as it was to sensitive. We purchased a wireless mouse and everything has been good.

This was exactly what I needed . Big buttons , large screen and backlight keyboard . The size is large but not bulky and the extra type C ports and usb makes it easy to do multiple things at once .

I was looking to upgrade from my 13" HP Spectre x360 when this beast walked into my life and I fell for it, heavy baggage and all — emphasis on the heavy. This laptop has features for days and is genuinely user-friendly, but let's talk about the elephant in the room: I cannot lift this thing with one hand like some kind of casual laptop-hoisting athlete. Hauling it from home to office to client meetings has become its own cardio routine. I was really hoping for a 17" flip version, since that's what I was used to with my Spectre, but apparently the laptop gods said "you can have the size OR the bells and whistles, pick one." So here we are. Complaints aside, this thing is sleek, blazing fast, and shrugs off my chaotic multitasking like it's nothing — I could probably open 47 tabs and a spreadsheet and it wouldn't even blink. I'm still training my fingers and eyeballs to adjust to the bigger keyboard and screen, but that's a me problem, not a laptop problem. Overall: fantastic purchase. Did it cost me an arm and a leg? Yes. Do I regret it? Also no.

Excellent for home and office. I often work from home and it has a very good screen size, excellent internal memory capacity, and speed. It's a bit heavy, but that's fine if you don't plan on moving it around much.

Love the way it has a comfortable keypad and the processor is really quick and the installed programming is super and the laptop is easy to operate without lag.
