I'm done with Best Buy. This item had to be shipped to me and was promised on one day but didn't arrive until two days later. I needed this for school and, needless to say, I didn't have it when I needed it. On top of that, it arrived damaged. The beautiful screen wasn't so beautiful. One of my options with BB was to return it through their website which could have taken weeks to get a new one. My other option was to drive to their store to get a replacement and then wait yet again for another to be sent to my house. I don't live very close to a BB. I did, however drive there and returned it for a full refund. I actually found a better laptop and another local store less than two minutes from BB. Short story: BB needs to work on better ways to help customers do a return/replacement at the same time over the phone or through their website. Neither was available to me.

It's a lot faster than my 18-year-old HP laptop that never broke by the way that's why I got another HP cuz I believe in longevity co-pilot is very useful considering I don't believe in paying 20% of the purchase price for high level support on how to run the new technology. It did freeze out one time already I hope it's not going to be a problem in the future considering I only have one year warranty that comes with it cuz I didn't want to buy the extended warranty at a cost of 30% of the product. We'll see what the future brings.

So far so good- this computer is fast and has a great monitor resolution. Built-in functions to help you set up your preferences was easy and appreciated

Quick connection to websites, excellent graphics, super fast.

I like having all the memory and touch screen and the flip. but I'm still getting used to everything else. I use it every day at home on my personal files.

The computer is amazing just hate that it’s only have 512gb of storage which is upgradable but in 2026 that’s not a easy fix with ssd prices so high but that’s not the computers fault
