Storage, speed, capacity - this has fulfilled expectations so far. If you are semi-tech savvy and need an easy set up for personal computing, I would recommend desktop this any day.

Compact light weight compared to the unit replaced. Much more storage and comes with adequate ports for all my attachments. Easy to install. I used my current mouse and keyboard to avoid moving all the wiring that would be needed. I like HP products for their ease of use and the support provided by HP. I would recommend this unit.

What to do when your previous PC dies unexpectedly?! Well, I went up to Best Buy's Geek Squad with my old PC to find out that there was no resurrecting it. The best I could do was buy a new PC and have the files transferred over. Luckily, there was an associate in their Computer department who was able to find a PC with the hard drive size I needed who was able to get it ordered for delivery to me in 48 hours. He had it ordered in 20 minutes. After that, it was a quick round to get my files transferred over 48 hours later and then a pickup from Best Buy in another 36 hours. So, from tragedy to victory was a mere 4 days, and I couldn't have done it without Best Buy and their Geek Squad. This PC is fast, easy to use, and exactly what I needed as a user who just needed a basic PC with great speed and for basic computing that involves email, music, movies, and internet browsing!

The tower has a sleek design and lightweight. Front wood grain imprint gives it a fabulous modern look. Excellent purchase for the money, for any home user. When used with a large monitor has the feel of a premium desktop computer.

Needed a new desktop to take the place of my “vintage” model. Caesar (hope I spelled that correctly) is a very impressive, competent and knowledgeable salesman! The desktop is very fast. A lot of storage. So far so good.

I’ve been very happy with this HP desktop. It’s fast, runs smoothly, and handles everything I need for work and everyday use without any issues. The 32GB of memory and 2TB of storage are a big plus. Setup was easy and so far it has been very reliable. I would definitely recommend it.

This item is great, but I was turned down for a Best Buy CC with 800 credit score. Very embarrassing.

i needed to upgrade. it is nice to have a desktop fast and with a lot of storage. first time owning an hp desktop and totally happy so far.

We received great service at this store and the sales rep assisted us with getting a better model than we originally thought we could afford. We had visited a closer Best Buy store and were basically ignored by the sales staff.

This is a nice, fast, easy to use computer. It's clean without any issues.

Easy for me to set up. Geek Squad got everything transferred w/o a problem. I've not been happy with Best Buy in the past but the Garland Best Buy has made me happy with Best Buy again. Superb customer service. The manager is on top of everything.

Seems good for my needs. Upgrading from an older HP, the only issue was missing audio codec used in Windows 10. Downloaded it, all ok.

I purchased this computer almost 8 month ago, I started to do heavy work on it a month ago, heavy load for me includes several Chrome, several excel, word, FTP upload download and zip files. What a disappointment, computer lags all the time, memory is not enough for zip files (my laptop can handle them with easy). If you do light stuff is ok I guess.
