My new HP desktop computer I purchased at Best Buy is so lightweight and was easy to install. It does not take up a lot of space on my desk. The keyboard that came with it is a nice, small size and my fingers glide easily over the keys. The feature I like the most is that when CAPS is on, a small light appears in the upper right hand corner of that key. On my old computer, when typing a password that didn't allow it to "show," I never knew if I was typing in lowercase or capitals.

Bought this new Windows 11 tower recently as a replacement for an old Windows 10 system that was super slow and crashing a lot. This was a great choice. It’s very fast for web browsing and using Microsoft apps, which are not included. The physical set up was relatively straight forward. But there were no instructions in the box for setting up the included Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. So that part sucked. We ended up just using our old wired accessories. Overall, I would still recommend this product if you need a new desktop. Note: A monitor is NOT included as part of the package. So that had to be purchased separately.

Works well--does all I need. Fast and efficient. Easy to set up.

Loved this compact and dark wood exterior design. Fitted perfect under my desk and it ran fast & efficient for all my personal computer needs. The price was also on point. Highly recommend it if you are only using it for online computer needs.

This HP OmniDesk is a solid desktop for everyday office and home use. The Intel Core Ultra 5 processor provides fast and responsive performance for web browsing, Microsoft Office, accounting software, streaming, and multitasking. The 512GB SSD makes Windows boot quickly and applications open fast. The compact design also looks clean and professional. The only limitation is the 8GB of memory, so upgrading the RAM would be a good idea for heavier multitasking. Overall, it is a reliable and well-designed desktop for general business and home use.

My previous computer was slowing and freezing after 10 years of use. The Best Buy salesperson questioned me about my computer needs and intended use, then recommended this Dell unit. Geek Squad transferred my stuff from the old computer to this one. It has been working well for my needs.

ok for price. Use as home computer, web browse, email,that sort of use. Number 1 complaint ram is small and as a result Windows 11 ties alot of up especially at boot up

First., just wanted to say thanks to AJ from the Geek Squad and the great staff at the Best Buy store in Florence Kentucky I went in with a computer issue on my old Dell, was still running the old windows 10 and AJ set me up with this one. I got lucky and got this one brand new for 599 on sale. AJ and Geek, Squad got everything set up for me, all the Updates programmed in, got my Webroot and lots of other things downloaded for me. Just wanna give him a big thank you along with everybody else there in Geek Squad in the whole store in Florence. Thanks Tom

Unit is very easy to use. Only issure i noticed, needed a adaptor for my monitor.

Fast PC, Great buy. the Intel Core Ultra 5 is very fast

Can't beat this price, got a really good deal on this computer, runs awesome, great specs and it's upgradable, excelent for a future proof office machine.

System works very well and is responsive and fast with many applications running at the same time. WiFi adapter has good range and speed

Windows 11 works flawlessly HDMI connection has great picture and graphics at a very affordable price- I paired it with a 24" Samsung monitor which works perfectly

System was pretty easy to get back on line after lightning strikes damaged the power supply beyond repair.

This computer does not have the same level of quality as previous HP products I have purchased. I don't know if I would continue to purchase HP products in the future. It is a disappointment.
