I like the unit so far. Seems to be working as it should. Geek Squad transferred data from old computer. I had a difficult time finding it. At first only found about 30 files. then found, with file explorer, the rest of the saved files. I had backed them up on a portable hard drive, but DID NOT want to go to the hassle of transferring that way. I am not a fan of the keyboard included with the unit. Previous pc had a wireless mouse and keyboard which worked well. This unit seems smaller and I keep hitting the caps key. May try the wireless from old unit if I do not get used to this one.

This thing is perfect for my father who isn't computer savvy. Fast, easy to set up and compact compared to his 15 year old tower.

I would recommend this computer for personal and business use. We use this for my office at the moment

SO FAR THERE AREN'T ANY GLARING PROBLEMS. THE SITUATION THAT HAS CAUSED ME SOME PAUSE IS THE SLOW TIME IN WHICH I HAVE TO WAIT AT THE COUNTER TO BE WAITED ON, EVEN WHEN I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT.
