This desk top provides everything a senior adult would need, easy setup, quick set up with WiFi and update favorite sites and password. It has good storage, quick key response and mouse. Truly a great buy.

IT IS A GREAT SYSTEM, I ONLY WISH THAT IT HAD TOUCH SCREEN.

We have a single app that we need to accomplish for task users. This computer has plenty of power for the app as well as light web browsing. There are plenty of ports for the devices we need to connect, and everything was easy to assemble.

I like everything about this computer. Easy to set up. Only 2 things I am having trouble with, adding my printer, it does not want to scan, and I had left my computer on and the next day I came back to use it I had to do a hard shut down. When it came back on the screen gave me a message about a fan been out. I managed to get it back on and its been working again and I have not seen that message again. Over all this PC is good for you basic work. I would of gave it 5 stars but been that I ran into these 2 issues, I gave it 4 stars.

It works great. It's fast enough for me. I surf the internet and pay bills, write letters and reviews with it.

Works well & has all the functionality I need. Love having a large monitor versus my old 16" laptop.

Good for what it is, we surfer and organizer for daily things. Won't be powerful enough to do gaming but that's not what we bought this for. It's for emails and able to lightstream some movies and shows also MS to keep things organized

So far so good. It was purchased for a small business start-up. Like everything, you have to start somewhere and it’s been a great addition. Enough for what’s needed. In the future, either gonna go with a large external memory or just upgrade all together. For now, it does what’s needed.

This Windows based all in one computer satisfies the needs we have for it. It's entry level so we preferred low cost over performance. The interesting thing is, it's quite obvious performance is damped down by the Windows operating system. My comparison is to Mac products. While Macs are more expensive, we have used, second hand Macs that cost the same as this product that have better performance. All in all, you get what you pay for.

Easy set up. Nice size screen. Was not hard for my mother, who is in her 80s, to operate.

What I like about this unit is the size and the graphics. What I don't like is the fact that Bing has been built in and cannot be removed. When I change my default browser bing changes it back. I dont like Bing

After years of using (and hating) a laptop I went back to a desktop computer and ended up purchasing an all-in-one. The space saving aspect of it over a tower is huge PLUS, but I really do not like the keyboard that came with it. I ended up replacing it with a more compact model.

My mom had one prior to this one and she upgraded to this one and is very happy with it and loves all the updates from her old all in one especially the screen size

System was purchased for home use, email, web and storing pictures etc. IT was easly to setup and does exactly what I purchased it for. 10 stars

Just set up the pc today and started using it. Havent used a Windows product in 5 years. Was on Lenox. Will have to take time to use it and figure it out.

Computer died 2 weeks after purchase. Took it back to the store and wanted exchange for a new one. Store personel told me they would exchange it only if I had purchased the initial protection plan for the item when I bought it which is only good for a short time. However I could still buy it and then they would exchange it. I begrudgingly paid for the plan and they then replaced the computer. Was then told that if anything happens again, I was responsible for costs to repair the new unit unless I bought the yearly maintenance plan, which I did. I feel yhat this is wrong that I had to pay for the right to exchange a defective item. Have bought many items in the past from Best Buy, but after this I will go elsewhere for appliances and computers. If this is your company's way of treating customers You'll never get another penny from me. Hope it was worth it to you.

Working well and enjoying the speed and clarity. Wish it came with office 360.
