After spending some time with the OmniStudio X, it’s clear this isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s a solid all-around performer that fits perfectly into a work-from-home or productivity setup without taking over your entire space. As an all-in-one, everything is built right into the display, which means no bulky tower, fewer cables, and way less clutter. If you’re working with limited desk space, or just want a cleaner setup, this is a huge win. The adjustable height stand is also a nice touch, making it easy to dial in a comfortable viewing angle whether you’re being productive or just sitting back and enjoying some entertainment. The OmniStudio X comes with a very nice full-size keyboard and an optical mouse. Setting up the PC is simple and took about 5 minutes to put together and another 20 to 30 minutes to setup windows. Now, when it comes to gaming, yes, this system is capable of AAA gaming but not built for it. You won’t get desired results that you would from a dedicated gaming rig but will run games at lower settings. Display: The OmniStudio X comes with an LED QHD (2560 x 1440) antiglare display, which is a sharp resolution that sits comfortably between Full HD and 4K. The colors are crisp and vibrant, the text looks crisp and clear perfect for productivity, entertainment or general use. The very slim bezels and clean design make the screen feel modern and immersive, not like a chunky monitor. The only issue I had with this is that I usually prefer a larger display, so the 27 in for me did feel a bit small but that’s my personal opinion. I bought the HP Omni Studio X 27 to simplify my home office, and from the moment I opened the box, it felt like a premium experience. The packaging is clean and well-organized. The stand comes separate from the display, and attaching it is super easy — you line up the mount, slide it into place, and tighten the thumb screw on the bottom of the stand. No tools are needed, and it feels solid once locked in. The keyboard and mouse pair automatically without any dongles, keeping the desk setup clean. The setup was just as smooth. I plugged it in, powered it on, and Windows 11 Copilot+ walked me through everything in minutes. It’s one of the fastest and easiest desktop setups I’ve ever done. HP also includes a matching wireless keyboard and mouse, and both items are good quality and do not feel cheap, so everything I needed was in the box and ready to use. The adjustable stand makes it easy to find the perfect viewing angle. Once I powered it on, I was immediately impressed by the gorgeous 27-inch 2560 x 1440 (QHD) Neo: LED display. The screen is incredibly sharp, bright, and vibrant, with outstanding color accuracy that makes everything from documents to videos look fantastic. Unlike a traditional webcam, it tilts downward toward the desk surface and uses AI to capture handwritten notes, drawings, documents, or small objects and automatically correct the viewing angle. It creates a top-down view of workspace that can be shared during video calls, making it an excellent feature for virtual meetings and collaboration. The webcam also supports Windows Hello, allowing for quick, secure, and password-free login. The built-in speakers exceeded my expectations. They sound clear and great for music, movies, and video calls. In terms of connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 7, Thunderbolt 4, multiple USB ports, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, and Bluetooth. The integrated Intel graphics perform very well for productivity, streaming, and photo editing, but it is not designed for heavy gaming. Overall, I am genuinely impressed by the elegant design and performance of this HP OmniStudio X 27. HP's OmniStudio X 27" All-in-One is a fantastic desktop computer. As someone who spends most of the day on a MacBook or Apple Studio, the OmniStudio exceeded my expectations and would easily meet the needs of my average daily workload. If I were tasked with picking a capable All-in-One PC desktop for a friend or family member, this would easily top my list. Out of the box, you have everything you need: a 5MP webcam (with a physical cover), AI-enhanced built-in microphone, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, fully adjustable 27" QHD display, and solid sound from the built-in speakers. On to the display: the QHD display is gorgeous with true-to-life colors and support for multiple color profiles which is helpful for designing in the Adobe suite. Streamed 4K video looked fantastic. The bezel is super thin and the profile of the computer is thin, light, and built to occupy a narrow window of space. I did notice a slight amount of wiggle if I was gaming or typing, even though the computer itself stayed extremely stable. The adjustment of the screen is so smooth and stops exactly where you want it to go with support for tilt as well. Unboxing and setup took all of 4 minutes. On the back you'll find 2 Thunderbolt Ports and 3 USB-A ports. The stand has included cord management. The attachment of the display to the stand was a little nerve-wracking because there's not a "click" or something that viscerally tells you it's connected. The mouse and keyboard have a built-in receiver in a final USB-A on the bottom of the display which HP thoughtfully has sequestered away so you don't have to use one of your ports (this is a smidge tricky because it can get jostled in shipping and disconnect. It's held in place with a small rubberized stopper which is easily reset - but this location is not very clear from the manual). The included mouse is light and the keyboard has a sturdy feel and is very responsive. The 1TB SSD HD is speedy and 16GB of DDR5 means it's a fully capable desktop. The integrated graphics means the whole computer is lighter and slimmer than it would be otherwise - but it also means it probably won't be a gaming powerhouse. In my tests, the HP OmniStudio X performed well enough to pass muster on most games with some modest settings selected. More than that: web apps from Canva to the Google suite performed really well. The Microsoft and Adobe suites performed well also on most tasks and the addition of CoPilot also means that you have the ability to find files faster, get help with menial spreadsheet and formatting tasks, and even things like enhanced audio and energy management. Built-in WiFi 7 means the connectivity is super-fast. HP also does one of my favorite things that they are second only to Apple on: they almost totally avoid bloatware. Beside the obligatory included antivirus (McAfee in this case), there's next to no additional nonsense that you have to uninstall. As a result, setup goes VERY quickly and you don't have 900,000 popups or random interruptions to deal with when you're just trying to install your productivity suite. I am VERY impressed with the OmniStudio series. The mark of a great All-in-One is that it blends with your workflow AND your space while being ready to go out of the box. You just hope on unboxing that it isn't too heavy, is fast to set up, and that the ports are easy enough to access with decent cord management. In this case, HP's OmniStudio X has hit all the marks. Very well done by HP and highly recommended.

As time moves forward, I have found myself becoming a fan of the all-in-one desktops over your standard box or laptop that still takes up unnecessary space on your desk. It is literally only a screen that takes up desk real-estate while still having a majority of your desk available. This system has definitely earned me as a fan for various reasons; the large 27” display, included wireless keyboard and mouse, built-in webcam with privacy option (via slide switch). Work can be performed and reviewed daily on various datatypes and even push to secondary display. The current Intel 7 series processor in this model has enough power for multi-tasking, daily work, and is even able to perform quick edits/touch-ups to personal photos. With AI being a big target from utilization locally and cloud-based, this system contains all of the standard requirements and supports this via 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage via the latest storage option of NvME.2. This gives anyone a good amount of space to store documents, photos, estimates, and other business needs. Screen height is adjustable, to allow for proper ergonomics and customization to yourself. It is also is easy to read whereas on other HP series screens and machines I have found the screen to be a little dim and hard to read at times. During initial setup, the WinOS auto scales the display to 150%, to which I had to reduce this in the settings as it was too large for my comfort. This system has everything a user needs right out of the box, latest generation of wireless 7, Bluetooth, webcam with privacy feature, built-in speakers and microphone. There really is no need for additional peripherals to take up precious desk space. I honestly would have to say this is a good fit for business users all around, students from any level, and even as a common family room system.

To sum up my thoughts about this computer, I think it is a solid, well-rounded machine that performs well, has everything that most people are looking for, and does so in a compact and clean set-up. Beyond that, it provides a very easy and hassle-free solution to get an entire system up and running with minimal effort and time. To be honest, I have always typically built my own systems. I like to pick my components, bring old hardware forward, think about expansion, and cater to what I want and need. Also, I just like building them. That said, I see the draw here, generally, as it is an easy one-shot solution, and more specifically with the current PC parts market being what it is, it is somewhat economical. Lastly, this system is spec’d to what most people need. I really like the look and design. Everything is minimal, modern, and clean. It can easily fit in either a home or office environment. Given that the computer itself is in the monitor, the entire system has a quite small footprint. The display itself has very small bezels, is nicely adjustable, and comes with a webcam on top that not only works well for meetings or calls but also can easily capture your desk and workspace. It works better than I expected and is a nice add. Lastly, I like the look of both the included keyboard and mouse, but they are a little basic. They do work and are effective, but I am using my own solution. The display? I like it. It is a good size (some may prefer more), delivers a nice level of detail, and colors are bright and accurate. Content looks very good, as does text, and I think most will be pleased here whether using it for work or play. It also comes with anti-glare, which, perhaps I am in the minority here, I always prefer. It’s a personal thing, but just something to note. As for performance? I think they did a solid job with specs here, and it performs well. It is quick, efficient, and easily handles everything I throw at it. The every day, be it e-mail, office, meetings all run smoothly. Both content consumption and creation are the same. Even my “tab problem” has not been a problem. I would say don’t expect crazy gaming performance, but it can easily handle some light gaming. All in all, I am pleased with the performance. On the specs side of it, the Core Ultra 7 covers all my workloads/graphics needs, and I appreciate both the 1TB SSD and the 16GB of RAM. In a perfect world, I would have loved 2TB and 32GB, but that is not the market right now, and it is somewhat understandable. Additionally, I do also like the extra M.2 slot for some expansion, be it brining my own storage forward or new down the road….but, I do think they missed the boat with only 1 RAM slot. Not that it is really needed here, but given the market, having the option would have been appreciated. As I mentioned before, the computer is in the display. That said, it does not really add a lot of width. Given its positioning, the backside of the monitor is where all of the ports are located…and there are a lot of them. I am quite happy with the port selection and connectivity in general. WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 are nice to see (although 6.2 would have been great), and I think just about everyone would be happy and covered with the ports. There is a nice blend of USB-A, USB-C (Thunderbolt x 2,), HDMI 2.0, Headphone Jack, and an Ethernet port (which I really appreciate as I like the option to go wired). There are options here, which, as you can guess, I like. It allows you to bring other things to the system as needed and provides some nice versatility. Ultimately, I like this system, and it works for me. It is well-built, compact, looks good, has a quality display, and most importantly to me, performs well. It also provides a “one stop solution” that is very easy and hassle free. You get everything you need and can be ready to go in no time. There is definitely value to that, and to the system as a whole, just be sure to weigh that with what you are looking for to see if they match. Despite some minor nitpicks, I think most people would be happy here.

I spent quite a bit of time comparing different all-in-one desktops before picking this HP OmniStudio X, and after using it for a while I think I made the right choice. I wanted something that would clean up my desk without giving up performance, and this checks all the boxes. The first thing you notice is the display. The 27" QHD screen is bright (450nits), sharp, and has excellent color. I spend most of my day with multiple browser windows open, Excel, Photoshop, and a handful of other applications running at the same time, and the extra resolution makes multitasking much more comfortable than a standard 1080p monitor. Text is also crisp and easy on the eyes. Performance has been excellent. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor paired with 16GB of memory handles everything I've thrown at it without slowing down. Boot times are incredibly fast thanks to the 1TB SSD, applications launch almost instantly, and the system stays surprisingly quiet even under heavier workloads. The Copilot+ features are a nice bonus as Windows continues adding more AI functionality. I also underestimated how much I'd appreciate the adjustable-height stand. It seems like a small feature until you actually use it every day. Being able to raise the display to eye level and adjust it depending on whether I'm sitting or standing has made my workspace much more comfortable. HP did a nice job with the little details too. The built-in webcam produces a much better image than I expected for video meetings, and the microphones pick up my voice clearly without needing an external headset. The speakers fine for an all-in-one. I wouldn't replace a dedicated sound system with them, but they're more than good enough for YouTube, music while working, and Teams calls. Connectivity has been another pleasant surprise. There are plenty of USB ports, USB-C, HDMI, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth, so connecting accessories has been painless. Having everything built into one clean package has dramatically reduced the cable clutter on my desk compared to my old desktop tower. The overall build quality feels premium. The Eclipse Gray finish looks professional, the bezels are thin, and it doesn't scream "we slapped a PC into a chunky monitor." It looks just as at home in an office as it would in a home workspace. For productivity, business use, content creation, web browsing, media consumption, and everyday computing, it's been an outstanding system. Fast, quiet, well-built, and one of the better all-in-one PCs I've owned. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

The HP OmniStudio X 27 is the first all in one PC that I have ever owned. To me an all in one is what you get when you mix a desktop and a laptop in terms of form factor. It was one of the easiest things to set up. All you had to do was plug one wire into power and turn it on. Inside the box you get the all in one PC, a wireless keyboard/mouse combo, and the power cord. The only issue I ran into setting it up was I could not find the USB dongle for the keyboard and mouse (if there was supposed to be one). I ended up having to use a different keyboard and mouse to set up the PC and then connect the ones it came with via Bluetooth after getting to the main screen. Outside of that, it was extremely easy to set up. The only cable you ever really need is the power cable. Some other great features is that it includes a built-in webcam (with privacy filter) and speakers. Those are two things that are convenient to have built in. Since this is an all in one, it does not appear that you can upgrade any of the specs. This is not an issue though because it comes with great specs out of the box. The Intel Ultra 7 processor is plenty fast enough for gaming, creating, and working. It also has 16 gbs of ram and 1tb of storage. These specs are on the high-end side for what most people would use this PC for. This PC has quite a few ports on the back. It has 1 microphone/headphone combo, 2 USB-C/thunderbolt 4 ports, 3 USB-A ports 10gbs per sec, 1 USB-A 2.0, 1 HDMI, and 1 Ethernet port. Not only does it have many ports, but HP also included the fastest versions of those ports which is something you do not always see in PCs. This will help safeguard it for the future. The screen is a beautiful QHD LED display with a feature HP call “HP Eye Ease” which is essentially a built-in blue light filter. The stand can both tilt and be moved up and down for the optimal viewing angle. Overall, this is a great PC and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a desktop PC but might be limited on space. This could easily be set up in a dorm room for a college student. It could also be a great option for a small business owner, and older person, or just about anyone for everyday use.

For some reason I have been going out of my way to avoid All-in-One computers as I just haven't been impressed with them. So I wasn't expecting to be impressed with the HP - OmniStudio X 27" QHD All-in-One w/ Adjustable Height - Intel Core Ultra 7 356H - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Copilot+ PC. I was proven wrong very quickly. Setup was pretty simple as tends to be the case with other HP machines I have owned through the years. I was immediately impressed with the amount of space...or more accurately the lack of space it took up on my desk. What once felt extremely cluttered suddenly felt neat and spacious. The included wireless keyboard and mouse work well and doesn't feel like cheap gifts thrown in because they knew most people would run out to replace them. The adjustable base helps find the perfect viewing angle no matter how your desktop is set up. As far as actual use...this has proven to be a more than acceptable beast that can handle all most everything I throw its way except for maybe true gaming. But it handles my content creating and video editing like a champ. Overall, I am more than impressed with this machine.
