Great computer, easy to start and fast, the image are really clear and the sound its amazing, i can charge my cellphone on the computer base ! Usually I open many windows at the same time regardless that, my HP continue being pretty fast, happy customer!

It’s a well made computer with a decent screen size and runs well. (Review by the teenager.). Purchased as a family machine after the laptop started to run a bit slower. The teen has taken over. :-)

Super easy set up, affordable option for getting a desktop. This all in one was definitely the way to go! Couldn’t be happier! Happy to have something with the new Windows 11 as well, very functional and I almost prefer this computer over my Alienware laptop!

I just got this computer, to learn the language. It seems good. It was easy to install, but pricy compared to other model of newest generation.

So far, after 1 week since i buy this desktop. I would say its powerful, quick , very good sounds/speaker. Its a thumbs up!!

I will never buy nothing from Best Buy again it is one big headache to use your warranty just bought this computer a year ago. Screen cracked try to send it back find out your coverage don’t have no more because didn’t really roll so I called customer service and they said they were honor giving me my previous coverage back on only to the computer, then come find out they only did, nothing got charged $35 to get my product back not fixed and it’s been gone for a month and nobody at the store knows nothing and just said to call customer service customer service is a joke because I use a Google customer service

From the box to ruling the Web in 15 minutes. Very heavy, very well designed. I was looking to increase my ability to multi-task programs that require a lot of memory and speed as I now work at home sometimes. This system does exactly that. Flawless and fast - AND it has Bang and Olufson speakers!! Are you kidding me?!! Perfect computer - in this case you truly get what you're paying for. A couple of tips for set up. The keyboard requires you insert the AAA batteries it comes with as does the mouse. Neither will turn on by themselves. The mouse has a toggle on the underside. Swipe it from left to right until you see the "green" beneath the switch. Now for the keyboard....you must first plug in the computer and turn it on (power button is along the lower left side of the monitor by the speaker). Once the computer is on - depress the "caps lock" button and the keyboard will power up. Now you're all set. Enjoy!!!

After ordering a new Mac desktop that, after only five days, literally sizzled and shut down, I then had to spend five hours with Apple Care and in-store, only to walk out without a computer. That night, I spent hours researching other all-in-one desktops, and remembering the HP laptop I had for years that ran without issue, I looked into the Pavilion 27" touch-screen. I purchased it online during a sale and the next morning, drove over to Best Buy and they loaded it into my trunk within two minutes of me arriving. Let me just tell you: it's been more than a month of working on this computer eight to 10 hours a day, and it is lightning quick, despite the fact that I have at least 50 tabs open on any given day AND am running Adobe Creative Suite. The screen resolution is stunning and I love the nighttime and lower blue light options. For less than half the price of a Mac, I can't imagine going back. It took four minutes to plug it in, turn it on, connect it to my printer and start working. So far, it's the best computer I've ever had.

Love the touch screen capability. Picture is clear, processor is fast, handles multiple programs easily for school. The bluethooth keyboard and mouse are responsive and feel of good quality. Speakers are loud and love the option to raise/lower built in camera. I would recommend to anyone looking for an all-in-one computer either for schooling or for some quality gaming.

I love it. The 27inch touch screen, can be adjusted, for brightness, it shows good detail and easy to enlarge pictures when necessary (via touch screen). Easy to find the various apps. and work through them. I set up my existing printer by just following the computers messages. Needed one small two sided plug for my printer. My printer has several ports for different types of connections. This worked out AOK because I didn't want to purchase a new printer. My existing speakers work just fine. I did need to add another small piece of hardware for more HDMI ports which I had from my previous desktop computer. The color on the screen is very realistic. After adding the various devices they worked just fine without much more effort. This comes with windows 11 which I find easy to use. Still working through the various apps and features. I haven't found anything to dislike about this compter. For now AOK!

Fast speed, easy-to-use, nice size screen. They need some changes on windows 11. Would recommend.

I purchased this HP to replace my previous 10 year old HP All-in-One, which is still going. I really like the size of the screen and the processing speed. The added cell phone charger built into the stand is a nice touch. So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I've loved my new computer ever since purchasing it. I've loved it so much that I have purchased a similar computer as a Christmas present for my sister. My computer been great when I have had to work from home. I have not had any problems and that's what I enjoy the most about this computer. Plug, play, and enjoy trouble-free. You can't beat that! Especially for a 72-year-old female.

We’ve had this touchscreen now for over eight months and couldn’t be happier windows 11 runs like a charm the screen is bright and crisp, plenty of memory on both hard drive and ram and for the money we don’t regret this purchase at all and still enjoying it.
