I LIKE IT BUT I HAVE BEEF! I bought this laptop a couple months ago and I already have beef w/ it. The pros are that it isn't too bulky, its beautiful obviously, TOUCH SCREEN FTW, it can keep up with my video editing software and the 360 spin is fire. NOW FOR MY BEEF (this might be petty but I don't care); First is the STUPID HOME BUTTON OMG! There is a home button located right next to the backspace button and if you accidently press the home button (which I do all the time) while trying to backspace, it moves the cursor to the beginning of the sentence and you end up deleting stuff without noticing (very annoying). Next its default search engine is Microsoft Bing which do I even have to explain? It sucks because I now have all my info on Microsoft (because it makes it so easy) but then I have to deal with Bing because if I get a different search engine I have to put all new info in (which is annoying). The touchpad is a little wonky and i end up doing weird things to the windows I'm working in without meaning to. The battery life is BOOTY, now that could just be overcharging but mines is booty. Also the 360 doesn't allow you to use multiple windows which makes tablet mode only good for reading, or playing solitaire. AND NO (before you ask) if you buy a pen w/ it (which you have to really keep up w/ because there's no way to attach it to the laptop) you don't get that cool feature that you see w/ other tablet laptops where you can take cool notes and draw, NOPE. I didn't have that experience w/ it, the pen is pretty much another mouse while in tablet mode. I hope this helps some people! Would I re purchase this? No. I would rather get a Chromebook, a dell or a surface pro. Those seem like better options for me personally.

This is so far the best laptop I've ever owned. The 2-1 part is a great bonus and works smoothly. I wanted this due to being a frequent traveler and use it for school. It's lightweight, fast, and has a great design. I am a student and didn't initially want to spend this much on a laptop, but it's well worth it.

I’m absolutely in love. I love the touch screen the 360 capabilities. I can talk to cortana to look up anything with out raising a finger. On top that the dark gold is beautiful. If your looking for a comfortable with tablet capability this the computer for you.

I’ve had this laptop for about a year now. I will say the battery is only good for 8 hours or so now, so I would’ve prefered if it could go a little bit longer without having to recharge (12 hours).

Issues from the very 1st use! This item was supposed to be open box certified excellent condition but it needed a ton of updating and after only 2 uses the laptop will not turn on despite being charged. Best buy won't return because it's more than 15 fraud since purchase and hp support had no clue what was wrong or what to do about a product warranty for my item. Nightmare!!! Now I'm out 800 bucks and a computer, witch is reaping havoc in my life!

It was a good price for the item , I like the laptop with touch screen . The speed is good , the only thing I have an issue with the battery life . I have to charge the laptop every time I use it . Disappointed !

Super fast. Great storage. Perfect size. Only thing I would have liked is if it were a little lighter in weight and came in more colors. But overall a great laptop!

Used it for school, works great. Love the 360 range and touchscreen feature is so convenient. Very easy to use and lets you know about updates.

Love this laptop. It has enough storage for my son to complete his college work. It is compact and lightweight so it does not weigh down the backpack going to and from classes. The touch screen helps when he wants to maneuver around the screen. Overall this is a good laptop for students who ar3 completing task for school.

This laptop is the perfect size and weight to travel and use anywhere. I love how fast it opens and I can get right to work paying bills and designing my publisher projects. The battery does not last as long as I'd like.

So far I absolutely LOVE it! I had an iPad before, but it couldn't do a lot of things, even though I had a keyboard folio, so when it ran out of memory, I decided to get a laptop that would do everything I needed to do and one that I could finish up paperwork from my couch, instead of having to be in my office on my desktop and miss just sitting on the couch doing my work, so this was the perfect choice for me. It has a lighted keyboard, too, whereas many said it didn't. It's fast and it has a fingerprint button to turn it on and starts very quickly. I'd definitely recommend this laptop!

I’ve only had it for a few weeks but… I have owned HP laptops for years so when my old one needed a repair, I purchased this one as a backup. It’s a perfect laptop for school. It has 512GB which is plenty for daily use. The battery lasted at least three days before recharging after 7 hrs straight a day so it has a great battery. I have no complaints about my purchase. Also, the keys are backlit so it helps when it’s late and you’re not wearing glasses or contacts lol

I bought this laptop in the fall of 2021 for college. It performs great and is perfect for note taking and online classes. It is very fast, lightweight and has done great thus far. The mousepad has started to stick and has become an inconvenience. It works by just tapping the desired side of the mousepad, but it won't click anymore so I am unable to highlight, click and drag and perform other necessary functions. Other than that, it was a great purchase! I paired the laptop with the Bamboo stylus and they are the perfect pair!

I'm using right now to write this review. It's been a great laptop love that its touch screen. But I'd recommend some screen cleaners too to keep it nice. I hate seeing smudges.

Bought this as I gift for my wife I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of it and the functionality she was happy so it’s a win

HP Pavillion 14inch 360 combination was a good choice for me and recommended by the Best Buy representative. Easy to start-up with voice instructions. Simplest start-up so far. I like that it’s a touch-screen laptop and a tablet. I bought the HP Tilt Pen, but the jury is still out on it. Not a lot of instruction on how to take advantage of the “tilt” to shade while drawing capability. It’s fast and has 1/2 terabyte of storage.
