This is an update after using the Poly headset about 15 days, I have learned I can't answer calls using the headset at work without downloading the Poly Lens App, which is pointless for using a wireless headset if you have to run back to your desk to answer the call with the mouse, now I'm waiting to hear back from IT if that's even possible because HIPPA compliance is a big deal in healthcare, I hope there's a workaround that cloud based app, if not I'm stuck with a failed purchase from a vender who can't honor a 30 day return window, I purchased on 9/28 and I'm already seeing a notification this item is eneligable to return, so that alone says do not buy from this company.
