I work in IT, so my earbuds get used for a lot more than just music. I’m constantly jumping between Teams meetings, troubleshooting calls, walking around the office, and connecting to different devices throughout the day. The Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC has been one of the better business-focused earbuds I’ve used. What stands out to me is that they feel like they were designed for people who actually spend their day on calls. Voice quality has been clear, and I haven’t had coworkers constantly asking me to repeat myself, which is probably the best compliment I can give any headset. They’re also comfortable enough that I can leave them in through several meetings without immediately wanting to take them out. From an IT perspective, I also appreciate having something that works reliably with a computer instead of feeling like a pair of consumer Bluetooth earbuds that happens to support calls. Switching between work and mobile use has been convenient, especially on days when I’m moving between my desk, conference rooms, and helping users around the office. I also like the charging case more than I expected. Normally a case is just something I throw in my bag, but this one actually feels like part of the product rather than an afterthought. They aren’t perfect. There is a little bit of a learning curve with all the features, and these are definitely aimed more at productivity than someone simply looking for inexpensive earbuds for Spotify. But for someone who lives in Teams calls and wants something more discreet than wearing a full-size headset all day, they make a lot of sense. After working in IT and dealing with enough headsets that randomly disconnect, sound terrible on calls, or become uncomfortable after an hour, reliability is what matters most to me. So far, these have earned a permanent spot in my work bag. 5/5

It’s a great earbud for office use environment direct connects with pc through usb c connection and Bluetooth connection. Of course includes an innovative touchscreen charging case that allows you to control volume, mute calls, and switch audio sources without using a phone or PC app
