Dead on Arrival

This machine was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. By the time my son, who has a disability, got someone to help him set up the machine, the 14 day return was long passed. Best Buy geek couldn't figure out what was wrong. Best Buy would do nothing, so am out the money. What a scam!
