Exactly what I was looking for. Needed to upgrade to Windows 10, already had subscriptions to O365, Antivirus etc. So I didnt need preloaded software on a new computer. So far its working fine. One thing that annoyed me. I had trouble downloading O365 from Microsoft using the Edge browser that came with the preloaded Windows 10 operating system. I installed Google Chrome and was able to download my O365 that way.

I have to hold back on the 5, haven't had it very long and it takes a lot of above and beyond for 5. We use it with a wifi adapter (netgear) and haven't had any issues. The way Windows 10 had to be installed was a bit odd and would have been nice to be forewarned about but we figured it out. It came with a keyboard and mouse which was a bonus since it didn't originally mention it would, which is unheard of. We actually purchased 4 for kids home schooling and they seem to work just fine. Ideally would have had wifi included but luckily an easy fix.

It was delivered in a timely manner. Well packed. In good shape. A good value. One disappointment: No documentation included. No instructions for getting started. Windows 10 is new to me. Yet I hope to discover a tutorial to make use of its features.
