The printer arrived promptly. It was a breeze to set up. Easy touchscreen controls. Two feeding trays. Prints nicely. Great Value. My old printer was limping along and I got used to poor print/scan quality. As well as working intermittently. I am so glad I finally replaced my old printer with this new HP. Thanks...

Love this HP printer. It was easy to set up. Easy to connect and is very fast reaction via the wi-fy on board. I really like the simplicity of being able to scan, one sided or two sided. Its copying ability is very easy and exceptional quality duplication. Ink cartridges are easy to install, offer beautiful print, color and crisp quality pages. I like that I can print from my phone from where ever I am. I could be at work, pull up my HP app, and then send any printing job I would like to have saved. Once at home, I find the prints I submitted sitting in printer try exactly as I wanted them. Definitely recommend this HP printer. Never lets me down.

The 9025E - Does print well and economically. It scans very well. and connects easily to wifi, iPhones, and Alexa so as a Printer it does its job... the bad is the delivery system/tray. This problem has been addressed scores of times on various sites... I wish I had seen them earlier. in a nutshell, the big problem (which HP has never admitted ) is this... With the delivery tray fully extended it is just 9" in length.. That's right 9"...and if you are using standard sheets which are 8.5" X 11" you have at least an "overhang" of 2" .. Now the feeble designers and reps at HP will advise that the delivery tray does have a "flip up hinge" to help corral your printed items. That is correct. Yet this lip/hinge only extends out by another 3/4"! So my friends you do not have to be a mathematics major to see the problem here. if your print job runs more than 5-8 copies your sheets will curl and begin to fall... So why in HP Creation did they miss this?... Please look at my photos of this issue with only 6 sheets of 8.5"X11" paper! Then please take a discerning look at HP's stock photos of this very printer (9025E) and notice the green highlighted area around the delivery tray showing copies are flat and neat and uniformly abut the end of the tray!.... this does tick me off as the images are clearly "fraudulent" representations of this HP 9025E delivery tray!... So if you don't mind printing a lengthy job and having your sheets curl up and fall off- so be it. I do hope that HP will finally address this major shortcoming and provide a proper delivery tray to accommodate standard printing jobs... HP, just look at our previous HP 8610 series printer and see what a proper delivery try looks like and performs. JIm B Rochester, NH

Good printer. Easy setup. I think free ink offer is a scam requires a subscription. I signed up. The printer says there’s low ink but nothings has been delivered. We’ll see if it’s as fabulous as my 8600

It’s a noisy machine. It’s working fine. I love that I can set tray 2 to print envelope only.

I love this printer. So easy to use for printing, scanning, and general connection to network. It is perfect for two busy work at home professionals.

The print quality is nice. It has all the bells and whistles and I'm happy with the model and brand selection. Oh, and there's free ink for 6 months!

This was the 2nd printer I tried in a month. Bought an older HP version at a cheaper price, but couldn't stand the paper tray. It was so flimsy I was sure I'd break it within a week. But this one has two paper trays, very sturdy, and I'm very happy with the printer. Fast printing and easy to setup like all HPs. I love the HP phone app and use it to scan and email something super fast and easy. Great way to save docs on my phone when needed as well.

This HP printer is better than those tri color cartridges. More ink and faster printing. Double sided scan and print and also has fax. Bulk ink tank printers are great if you print constantly but most home users will experience clogged print heads. For me this is the best choice for home and small office use

Not what I expected, inked most of the paper, crunched my paper. Doesn’t print duplex evenly. Grabs manysheets at the same time ruined many sheets. Go Went back to the store

With a few exceptions, the Pro9025e is an excellent choice for printing, scanning, and copying. Except for one important function, it is the best OfficeJet I have seen from HP in quite a while. The merits and demerits are: *SETUP: Once you have loaded the app onto your computer, setup should only take a few minutes. My experience, however, was not a positive one, and I believe it was due to a glitch in the software. Every time the setup process got to the point of connecting to my mesh wi-fi, setup failed because there was no place to enter my network password. No matter what I tried, the same result was experienced. About to lose my religion, I shut it down and walked away. The next day I tried again and had two failures. On the third attempt, the password entry page opened and then quickly went away. Another attempt got to the entry page and, thankfully, stayed on screen so I could enter the password. The ink cartridges loaded easily, and all was a go. *PRINTING: Document printing is a breeze! Set your parameters, press print, and your document is ready in seconds. Quality is clear and clean. In addition, if you need two-sided printing, the Pro9025e handles that job like a champ. Ink is quick-dried, as it should be. In fact, it can print 2 sides in the time some other printers take to print one. Photo printing is a different story. I have yet to find an All-in-One HP that prints photos well, and this one is awful. Prints are not sharp, there are broken white lines across photo, and very wet ink. I intended to scan and attach examples, but, after 24 hours, they are still wet. So, the attachments are photos of the printed wet photos. If, however, you have no plan to print photos, don’t let this issue deter you from considering this excellent printer for documents only. *SCANNING: One of my peeves with HP all-in-ones previously is no duplex scanning, but the 9020e not only can duplex, but it is also much quicker than others that I have experience with. The first scan was a WOW moment. Great improvement HP! *COPYING: Copies fast and well. Easy duplexing is another plus. Apart from the awful photo printing, the 9025e is an excellent machine. With that caveat, I would recommend it.
