Gets the job done! I'd personally go for a higher DPI next time, but that's just me being picky. I'd definitely recommend this if you're a seller or prefer to save shipping from home!

Its been a while using this Printer and its working smoothly

Really fantastic! At first it was tough to program into my computer but then it worked! Works like a charm!

Printer was very easy to set up. Prints are very clear, definitely better then these off-brands from amazon and ebay (which ar enothing but headaches) would definitely buy more of these for my main shipping business.

Would be nice if HP had some software for this it is not very user friendly.

Love this little printer !! Perfect for UPS labels and USPS labels … bought this unit and worked so great for me that I returned it a got the KE 300 which works with Ethernet .. that way my entire office can use it !!

Overall this is a pretty disappointing unit. The print quality is so sub-par that I'm almost afraid to try to ship anything with these labels because I don't know if they'll even make it to the destination. Getting labels to actually take up the entire printed label is also a pain. And it's 2025, how are you releasing a printer that has no wireless functionality?

I was using a HP laptop and the drivers should have downloaded automatically. I had to manually load the drivers. After downloading I tried 3 different app to print labels and nothing worked. I tried printing a test label and it worked fine. Called HP and they tried to help but they couldn't come up with a solution.

Online sales promo does not show if label paper is included in the purchase and where to get replacement direct thermal label paper. a purchaser should know that before buying, Don't you think??
