It works as expected. easy to connect great for a small style printer

This printer works much better than the canon and is much easier to set up but no complications no registration all you need is your cell phone I found it refreshing to set up and it works like a charm

This printer is cute and small but the picture quality is terible. I am going to be returning mine. I needed it for my daughters 1st birthday pictures and when i printed them they look blurry and the colors are off.

I like how small printers are now a days. Got this printer to physically preserve family photos and iPhone photos. I did spend about an hour trying to connect my iPhone to the printer via Wifi (Bluetooth I gave up on). Hopefully this advice will help others cut down on the connectivity issues. If you are using Wifi, my Wifi has two channels/versions, a 5G version and a 2.4G channel. Connect your Phone to the 2.4G version of your wifi first then use the HP Sprocket app to connect to the device. This is what worked for me. I had to try everything I could think of to fix my own issue. HP forums were not very helpful. The only downside is you have to connect to the 2.4G version of your wifi, everytime you want to connect to the printer and use it to print. Hope this helps!

This thing is awesome. Quality is great and super convenient. Doesn’t take up much room on your desk and easy to set up.

Easy setup. Got everything setup and started printing right away. Looking forward to not running to Walgreens or CVS when i need photos printed. Wish they would supply more than 10 pieces of photo paper, even if it meant paying a little more for the package. Haven’t taken advantage of all the features yet.

First, I will say the photo’s are 5 stars but getting them there may not be easy so I really needed a 4-1/2 stars as a rating. I will also say overall I am pleased with the end product & would recommend this printer. It was a bear and a half to get it to pair to my two iPhones. I probably spent over an hour to get the printer to see my devices. Finally by setting the printer next to the gateway and going through the apps again they connected. The other thing is the photo’s may not print exact, I lose part of the side image with each print. I haven’t had the printer long enough to accurately adjust resizing but hopefully I will can there. In summary, great photo’s but plan on using the sample photo paper for a learning curve.

I went to print off some Christmas photos when I discovered that my HP Laserjet really wouldn't cut it for my professional photos. I didn't want to get another inkjet... I wanted dye sublimination in a small package. I hoped online and this popped up. It's definitely a great lab quality relatively small dye sublimination primer that's affordable! Highly recommend this.

Easy To set up and quality photos printed. The 4 "x 6"photos are an excellent size.

Easy to use - app has multiple text, boarder, sticker, and other options, as well as limited editing functions. Almost as crisp as having them printed at the drugstore, without people looking over your shoulder and having to wait until they are open. Super tiny edge doesn’t print, but suspect that is the edge with the rollers. Nice color quality

I purchased this item for my husband because he misses having printed pictures and wanted to create an album for our granddaughter! Needless to say, it is used at least twice a week and he is absolutely loving it! The set up was easy, pictures clear and the quality high! I recommend this product!!

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Instructions were straightforward, and first photos printed look great!

I love this thing. I just wanted to be able to print photos like the old school ones you used to pick up at CVS or Walgreens and this is amazing. It connects directly to your phone and prints in under a minute. I would suggest buying extra photo paper / ink because you can go through it fast!
