A: According to Cyberlink you need a minimum Core i5 processor for 4K videos, so unfortunately this computer is not nearly powerful enough.
Q: Can this handle Skyrim special edition or no? If it can will it function with mods with minimal lag
A: This model would be completely unable to run Skyrim and nearly any other game released in the past decade. You would need a gaming computer with atleast a dedicated GPU for the best performance and minimal lag.
Q: Can it play world of Warcraft
A: No, this unit does not have enough storage capacity to play World of Warcraft without adding an external drive.
A: While the HP Stream does have plenty of USB ports to plug in thumb drives, Cricut's system requirements recommend 4G of memory to operate. As such, we would recommend a laptop with at least 8G of memory to accommodate the processor, as well as the program itself.

A: It may work alright for college. I would reach out to your school for their recommended specs. Unless you are doing primarily web based or streaming on the computer, you may quickly run into this devices limitations.
