This thing started glitching after 5 months. Do not buy Total Tech Care warranty! Its a complete scam and they won't cover anything. It doesn't cover much more than the regular manufacturer warranty. Save your money and shop somewhere else Bust Buy Customer service is terrible!

I tried to call Best Buy several times to get help to finding the docking station that would work for my new HP laptop… I get routed to call center that wanted to set up an appointment for geek squad which cost money. HP wanted to charge your money to fix this problem.
