I am so happy to buy this item in Best Buy because in this store you can find a good quality and also because it is easy to use.

While this is a bit expensive for what it is, I'd rather pay the price to know I'm charging my laptop with a charger that is meant to be used with it and supported by the manufacturer.

The HP Universal Power Adaptor is a great replacement for the original equipment that came with the computer. The laptop was in getting cleaned up and they noticed the original cord was not in good shape. The Tech was able to find the right replacement in short order.

This power adapter was a life saver when my original one decided to no longer work. It comes with a selection of different size connectors to plug into the right HP laptop. I gave this product a 4-star rating only because I do not like the length of the cord. I feel it should have been made longer as not everyone sits that close to an outlet. I realize there is a way around that by using a surge power strip, which I do, but if this were made longer, it wouldn't be necessary. The power adapter works great itself. It is a necessary item to have if you have no other way to power your HP laptop. The adapter plug-ins that come with it should allow this to work on any HP, so it's a great deal if you have other laptops of the same brand laying around. I felt like the price was on target, very reasonable for what it does.

The original power supply cord stopped charging my son's laptop, so we headed to Best Buy to see about a replacement. The person on the sales floor directed us to the display & recommended a more expensive model. I saw this one for about $20 less and we bought it. Didn't need anything fancy, just one that would work. Have had it several weeks now & it's doing the job well.

Not overly bulky and great for travel! Charges faster than my original power cable, also has an adaptor for other size power ports

I have an HP Envy x360 in which I do all my uni work (graphic design, video editing, etc) and my laptop charger broke down.. and this is a very good replacement! The only let downs it has is that if plugged into a wall outlet it is very likely to fall due to its weight and it is shorter than the original, besides that it is a life saver!

My son lost is Hp stock adapter and this was a perfect replacment. It is very compact and light weight.

My laptop needs to be with me on the go (and I initially believed I lost my original one... but I found it soon after purchasing this one) so this purchase made sense to me. It was the correct size for the power port, and worked as advertised. I highly recommend this travel charger.

The prong on my original adapter was bent and my computer would not consistently charge. This is a good adapter and works well. It's smaller than the original adapter but good for traveling. My only issue is that the cord is a bit short but otherwise it's great.

After struggling to find a good replacement charger/adapter for my Spectre x360, found it! Got a lot of runaround from HP as to what to get with conflicting answers and no resolution. This one works well, doesn't overheat like a different one I got from a different company.

I lost my charger while in the beginning of my freshman year of college and found this solid replacement for the charger. It works fast and good enough but at the angle it plugs into the wall it sometimes slips out besides that fantastic

I lost my OEM charger and needed a new one in a hurry. Though a little more expensive than the stock charger, it is very compact and much more convenient to use. I wish HP would provide this charger as the stock model.

Adapter works better than the original adapter that came with the computer

This charger is more compact than the standard charger that is provided with the laptop. It fits better in a laptop bag and is more convenient for travel (makes bag less bulky). It also works as well as the standard charger.

Great replacement for your i-forgot original adapter, a bit on the expensive side but it works with old and new HP models, so it is handy dandy when your old one stops working
