Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m really happy with this laptop! The large touchscreen is smooth and clear, the CPU is fast, and I love the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader. The laptop cooler also works great as a stand with adjustable angles — very convenient!

Got this for my son, he loves it. He enjoys the amount of memory and storage as well as the screen side. Extra plus being touch screen.

This has been a good laptop so far. Easy to open, keyboard is a decent size for a laptop and bootup time is quick. I mostly use it docked, so I can't comment on battery life.

I use this computer for video editing and has been great so far. Fast speed and great storage. Battery seems to hold very well.

I've only had my computer for almost a month but have thoroughly enjoyed it. It's so easy to use as I have never owned my own PC. It was easy to set up, It was easy to find the different tools on the computer. I set up new emails.

I really love this laptop. The tovch screen is so convenient and the keys, being a different color than the base make it alot easier to see. And what a great pairing with the fan and adjustable base. So easy to set up..

I like the laptop and its features. Getting it set up and all the transfers from the old one with the help of the Geek Squad. I'm learning how to navigate through it all. I don't like that because I bought it from the Best Buy online store, so unfortunately, the laptop won't be covered under warranty. I like the laptop and will enjoy it very much. and would recommend this laptop.

The HP 17t Laptop was delivered in two days and as ordered. I'm purchasing a second unit.

Great for business and personal uses. Screen is perfect size.

Excellent items works as it should! Price was great!

This is replacing a 10-year-old HP 17.3" notebook. The old HP has an excellent touch screen, no glare, no off-axis washout. By comparison my new HP notebook display viewing experience is much worse and less enjoyable. The new PC exhibits poor washed out off-axis viewing from top to bottom and side to side. Also, the display annoyingly reflects images in the background. Had I known the display was this poor I never would have purchased this PC.
