Purchased in June 2025…wanted to wait to review to give it time for a proper review. This machine is amazing and goes so fast. It’s in such great shape you wouldn’t even believe it was refurbished. Everything works and I have had no problems with daily, sometimes, heavy usage. I would absolutely purchase another refurbished item from Joysystems.

I was a bit hesitant because it’s a refurbished machine. Arrived in excellent shipping material. Laptop appears brand new. I put it to the test for a week and its performance is beyond expectations. Very happy with this purchase

I was a little leery at first about purchasing a refurbished laptop but the price was too good to resist. I have to say it was a GREAT choice! Joy Systems refurbished the laptop and they couldn't have done a better job. The quality of is amazing! It looks and performs like brand new. The amount of computer I got for the money is unbeatable!!!!

Great high speed computer for the price. The little circle thing in the middle of the keyboard is a bit annoying but you get used to it. Sleek and lightwieight

Bought on a whim and need to replace (and upgrade) current Network home computer. Arrived on time. Was well packaged and easy to set up. Refurbished? well, case was flawless and quick check of hardware, settings, etc. confirmed that it was as advertised. Has been on line for just over a month and no issues. Lower price as "refurbished" was a pleasant shock to the wallet.

Granted it’s a referred computer the outside had a dented and they filled it then put a wrap on it that was noticeably put on there bad and bubbled
