DECEIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poorly handle service , false promise to help me set up appointment to install device in my office . Highly deceiving person , first thing I asked when ordering if he would be able to set up installation in my office and he said he surly would . At the end of ordering he refused to set up installation & provided a tel # for me to do it
