Wrong item
I received the complete wrong item, went to a physical store and was told that it was through a secondary vendor and not bestbuy directly so I can't return it in-person. I would have to fight with the secondary vendor if I wanted a refund and that's just literally not worth it.
This experience is going to stop me from ever going through Bestbuy.com ever again.
