Handy and versatile device. Very helpful when connecting various devices. a little floppy. have to be careful it does not come out.

Have been able to use this on my 2021 MacBook Air with the HDMI and USB ports. It's nice to extend my "real estate" by using a 2nd monitor via the HDMI port and to use a wireless mouse/keyboard via the USB (for transmitter/receiving) ports. It does feel a little fragile while it is connected to the laptop, so I wouldn't recommend leaving the hub in the ports when you move the laptop around; only leave it connected when it's stationary.

I like the solid build and design of the hub, it fits perfectly and works great! I will recommend this to anyone who has MacBooks.

Pretty much perfect. Only problem I have is that it doesn’t work while I have my MacBook Pro cover on. I have to take the bottom part off but besides that it’s great!

Can’t use it with case on laptop. Also it doesn’t expand the usb C ports. Requires two usb c ports to power it and it doesn’t even add an extra usb c port. Basically paid $100 to still on have two usb c ports.

Unless I've missed something....the Hyper Drive Pro 80in-2 USB-CHUB for MacBook Pro/Air does NOT work with the 16 inch MacBook Pro. From what I can tell it blocks the power cord access on the side and there is no where to plug the computer in on the hub for power. Maybe this works for older models on MacBook Pros.

This works still a year into using daily so I would say yes, it’s a good buy

Found this product to be lacking. It is not really a great item, nor does it work as advertised.

Returned my 13.3 and got the 16” pro, was worried but it works charging through the usb port as well so it doesn’t matter that MagSafe is blocked

DO NOT BUY THIS!! It is triple the price of a durable, better designed, USB-C port with multiple entrances. The design of this product is horrible, because it causes it to malfunction months after purchase. All it weight hangs not the two C connectors or whatever you call them, so over time it damages them, failing to properly connect to your Mac. You have to try multiple things to make it work. Like inverting it, adding a book under it to provide support etc. It's such a bad product. I had to buy one for like $20 and it worked wonderful. It had a short cable that connect to the mack and attached to the cable was the little box with all the different useful entrances to whatever you need. USB, HDMI, SD card etc. Again, DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

I bought this for a good friend of mine, and she was instantly ecstatic since she was so disappointed that she only had to use USB-C on her MacBook Pro. She got to connect her older monitor that didn't have HDMI and it feels like a premium adapter. She said it's significantly better than the cheaper one she bought previously. This is definitely a winner.

Save your money, stopped working by the end of the semester.
