I looked at this mini massage ball from Hyperice several times and just didn’t pull the trigger on the purchase. Then, I hurt my shoulder/back moving items that were too heavy above my shoulder lateral line. To make matters worse I had back-to-back trips over three weeks where I would be in eight airports and multiple hotels while trying to rest and rehab my shoulder. That tipped me over the scale to buy this item. I’m really glad I did. I’ve used it at home, on the plane and in hotels. It’s definitely small enough to pack in a carry-on or backpack. I’ve done both. In my opinion it is VERY convenient because of that. Considering its size it is pretty powerful too. Three different intensity settings. I’ve used it airline seats, chairs, loungers, beds, and against the wall while rolling it along my back or in specific areas. I love it. If you like using rollers or working through muscle tightness or strain this is a no-brainer product in my opinion. Hope that is helpful. Good luck!

I used this at Physical Therapy and bought one for myself. It works great on sore muscles. Really helps release tension. If you are having joint and muscle tightness, I would recommend trying this product. Physical Therapy uses it for most of their clients. It has three settings and I use it on the first one that is powerful enough. If you use it on a part of your body, do it for approximately one minute on each area. It holds a charge for a long time and doesn't take long to recharge. I've used it on my arms and the back of my legs for tight and sore muscles. It is highly recommended by professionals.

This thing is so worth the price. You can adjust the vibration strength. Looks are deceiving. It may be small, but it is intense. It is great for when you need to target an area. I highly recommend.

Very powerful on low, and super powerful beyond. Lasts a long time when running.

I thought the ball would be nice as a small massager...once I got it charged it and turned it on it wasn't what I thought it was going to be. First this ball provides a vibration not a pulsating massage. 2nd it isn't something you want to hold in your hand, especially if you have any problems with your hands. 3rd unless you are ok with laying/resting on a tennis ball this probably isn't for you. 4th it is a hard ball, it doesn't give like a tennis ball. 5th the on off is a terrible design, you have to keep pressing the button and holding. 6th portability means nothing if the product doesn't work for you. Yes it is lightweight compared to a handheld, but the hand held ones typically give you a pulsating massage with more options, offer a more localized massage area, little vibration on the hands, and you aren't left with a tingly vibration when you are done. Now for the explanation - I don't know how exactly people are using this but here is what I learned: the ball vibrates so putting a hard ball against a hard wall, well you would have to move all over the wall to get to places you can't reach with your hands to place the ball, it vibrates so you only feel a vibration. Wall idea not for me, same with the floor. (There are reviews by seniors, most seniors don't have the agility to use the ball this way.) A tennis ball offers some give unlike a hard ball. Next option sitting in a chair/on the couch, using a workout mat, or the bed - All are soft, when you put pressure on it it sinks into the soft material, thus reducing the vibration some and it reduces the ability to put pressure where you need it most. Another option is to put it in between your legs, under your legs, or under your feet, this works a little, but again it is only a vibration. Overall I am not impressed and the ball isn't cheap. There are better options out there. I would recommend to try it out first if you can before buying. Lastly if you want a tingly vibration feel then this is for you, if you want more of a deep tissue massage this isn't what you want. Hope this helps.

Sorry if this device did not suite your needs! First, it sounds like you were possibly looking for a handheld device that offers percussion therapy. If that is the case, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and one of our agents would be happy to give you some information on our Hypervolt percussion gun line which may be a better fit.
The Hypersphere Go is one of our vibrating balls that is intended to be laid/stood on in use. The vibration, paired with the weight of your body is what helps loosen the muscles with this device.

A good versatile tool that is lightweight and portable. This is the only thing I carry to work now and am able to target any area that needs attention. The rest of the tools now stay at home.

The power for a small device has definitely lived up to that. I have felt almost immediate muscle relaxation for a sciatic nerve.

Really enjoying this product! I get the same relief from a tennis ball combined with the technology of hyperice with the vibrations. I use it on the bottom of my feet, my upper and lower back against the wall or while I’m sitting.

Bought it for foot therapy. Unfortunately at highest setting the massage vibration is still very weak.
