This massage gun is one of the best thing a I’ve purchased. It’s great from pre and post workout. I used it regularly when I get ready to go on my runs and definitely use it after.

It’s sturdy and quite powerful to massaging my tight muscles. It has longer battery life as I seldom charge the battery after 3 uses. Overall I am very satisfied with the product
