Pros: First and foremost, the setup is refreshingly simple. Connecting via Bluetooth is incredibly easy—even easier than with any other headset I've tried. There's a toggle switch on the side of the earcup with a Bluetooth icon and a Wi-Fi icon. Just flip the switch to the Bluetooth side, and you’re instantly connected. No complicated pairing steps, no lag—it just works. Comfort-wise, the headset excels. The memory foam padding around the ears is soft and breathable, making long gaming sessions much more enjoyable. I normally game for 2 hours, and these are perfect for that. The headband is also generously cushioned and feels light on the head, reducing pressure during extended use. Its solid yet minimalist black design with the HyperX branding adds a sleek touch, and the adjustable headband ensures a personalized fit for all head sizes. Super comfortable! Sounds great in adapter mode.
Been testing these for awhile. The instant take away is how light and comfortable they are! They upper strap takes the weight off and you don't end up with a skull divot after hours of use. Bluetooth works ok. But adapter mode is where it's at. The sound is simply better. To be fair this is a limitation of Bluetooth and not the headset. Switching between modes takes about 5 seconds so it's easy to see the difference in quality. Audio quality supports a nice deep base and full range. No complaints. Sound volume is as expected. Loud if you want it loud. Mic is easily adjustable with satisfying detents. Fully up goes into mute mode which is super convenient. Another major plus is how fast they charge and how long they last on a full charge. Up to 25 hours. Adapter distance until sound dropout is about 45 feet. Good enough to grab something from the kitchen without issues. Ear pads work great on isolating outside sounds. Without noise cancellation I can barely hear someone on the phone next to me. For the price this headset is fully featured and excellent value.
