My nephew purchased this pc to play games but it kept crashing. When we decided to take it in to get it checked through the warranty. They couldnt do anything about it because we didnt have the other warranty for it. He already paid so much for the warranty he had but they wanted us to pay $200 more that is ridiculous. This is terrible what is the point of buying a warranty if we have to buy another kind. It doesnt matter if it is for a year it is too expensive that we have to have 2 separate ones for products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
