The computer was brand new and had issues from the start. I tried to return it to the store for a refund, but they refused and only offered store credit, which was not what I wanted. As a result, I was left with a defective computer that I couldn’t properly use. I then had to purchase a second computer to continue my work. In total, I ended up spending nearly $4,000 for what should have been a $1,700 computer, not including the additional insurance I paid to protect it.
