The guys that delivered ( contracted out), did everything alright until they brought it in the door-set it up-when they left --I noticed a huge scratch on the front door, and scratches on my new floor. More careful please. Best Buy refunded part of deal because we are old and did not need more hassle of loading and unloading, with hopes it will last as long as we do!

Had several problems ordering and receiving the refrigerator. A few days after arrival, I received the wrong icemaker. I was told the correct unit was back ordered and I would not receive it prior to my leaving the area. On the way out the door, I was advised to order the unit from Amazon. I had it in three days. However, I could not get it to work. I had purchased a three- year warranty only to find that Best Buy only cover the two years after the factory warranty expired and would NOT send out a technician to determine if the icemaker or refrigerator was not making ice. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. I feel as I have been lied to and cheated.

Purchased this ice maker because our new fridge did not come with one. It was a good decision. This icemaker does what it says - it makes ice and a lot of ice quick. Have had no problems with it and in fact shut if off because it makes so much ice. Go for it - you will not be disappointed.

I was concerned because my neighbor got a new refrigerator & made a big mess with the first batch of ice she made. I had NO SUCH TROUBLES!!!! The technicians installed it and I had ice the next morning. Easy peasy!!!!

The ice maker works great but it takes up room in the freezer basket but we wanted it anyway. The room in the freezer is not as much as it looks but it works if you work it.

Hard to find the exact match for the replacement part listed in my refrigerator. This is it. Everyone else carried alternative models that might not have worked properly

First time installing an ice maker. The kit had extra parts so it can be installed in multiple freezers so just took a little reading and patience.

Due to poor delivery service, I installed the icemaker myself. Great instructions, easy to install and works great.

Had to dump ice still after 1 month of use due to "plastic" taste. Maybe we r not a heavy enough user. Fine now after 3 months
